Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von der Uferpromenade, wo man ganz gemütlich in das centrum von Desenzano laufen kann. Wo viele schöne Lokale zu finden sind. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir bequem im Garten abstellen. Vielen Dank Francesco für die schöne Woche in deiner wunderschönen Wohnung. Wie fühlte sehr gut betreut von dir und deinen Eltern.

We had a wonderful 4 days at Barbora’s apartment. It’s easy to find (approx 25 mins walk from Desenzana del Garda train station), really well-located with Rivoltella centre 5 mins walk away, Desenzana about 20 mins stroll along the lake, from where you can easily catch a ferry across to beautiful Sirmione and other lakeside destinations. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, peaceful and well-equipped. We are a family of 5 and felt at home as soon as we walked through the door. There’s a Penny supermarket a few minutes walk away, a really lovely Sicilian bakery just along the road too, and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We particularly enjoyed a pizzeria called Rusticone, which was around 10 mins walk away in Rivoltella. Best pizza we had in Italy 😋 Finally, Barbora is lovely, helpful and always responsive to messages. We would highly recommend staying at her apartment and hope to be back some day.

Paola è stata un host disponibile e reattiva a qualsiasi richiesta, abbiamo soggiornato per il periodo del capodanno e il borgo è come entrare in una favola, intimo, silenzioso e poco distante dai luoghi che i tendevamo visitare. Ho soggiornato con amiche e cinsiamo trovate come a casa! Superconsigliato! A preto

Gianni und seine Frau waren herzliche und immer verfügbare Gastgeber. Man hat sich gleich von Beginn weg sehr zu Hause gefühlt. Es war wirklich sehr ruhig, sehr sauber und die Betten waren sehr angenehm, so dass ich mich sehr gut erholen konnte. Das Apartment bietet alles, was man braucht, die Küche ist gut ausgerüstet und der Geschirrspüler nimmt einem die Arbeit ab. Das Badezimmer mit der grossen Dusche ist toll. Danke für deine Gastfreundschaft und die vielen Tipps über die lokalen Begebenheiten und  Ausflugsziele. CaVecchie ist vollumfänglich zu empfehlen. Danke!

El lugar es increíble ubicado en un segundo piso, las ventanas ofrecen una vista del parque Marte que es muy bonito y por el otro lado un jardín interior compartido con otros edificios en lugares muy tranquilo y muy cerca del centro la decoración encantadora de muy buen gusto estilo clásiconos sentimos como en casa el baño muy funcional con agua caliente y instantáneo y calefacción central en pocas palabras, un lujo en Crema

Nous avons fait une halte chez Alberto en revenant de Venise. Le logement est très facile à trouver. Il y a des places gratuites dans la rue juste devant. Alberto est un hôte très accueillant et flexible sur les horaires. L’appartement est vraiment très confortable avec beaucoup de charme. Tous les matériaux sont de belle qualité et il y a plein de petites attentions aussi bien au niveau du confort que pour le petit déjeuner. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement et nous ne manquerons pas d’y retourner si nous passons à nouveau.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, extrem sauber, zentral, Parkplatz im Hof für die Gäste. 10 Autominuten bis nach Desenzano. Vielen Dank an Monica für netten Empfang.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Paola. Paola a été très accueillante et réactive depuis la réservation jusqu’à notre départ. L’appartement était très propre et facile d’accès avec un parking au bout de la rue. Crema est une ville propre et paisible, idéale comme pied à terre proche de Milan. Merci Paola!

Ben organizzata e pulita la casa, palazzo tranquillo e silenzioso a un passo dal fiume e con bar di fronte e locali e attività commerciali del centro a un passo. Comodo per il parcheggio gratuito. Host gentile e amichevole. Consigliato

Alessandra è un’host fantastica! Ho fatto la prenotazione poche ore prima di entrare in casa, per un imprevisto e la casa era completamente pulita e in ordine, pronta per essere utilizzata. Il cortile è particolare, noi abbiamo apprezzato comunque il vicinato. La zona è un po’ particolare, ma collegata benissimo con il centro e con alcuni locali di Lodi.

Io e mia moglie siamo stati molto soddisfatti di aver soggiornato in questo piccolo angolo di tranquillità.

Tutto perfetto non potevamo chiedere di più. L’appuntamento molto bello e pulito e poi è 2 minuti di strada dal lago e non mi posso lamentare di ciò. Grazie mille per la bella esperienza! Sono soddisfatta!

Il mio soggiorno nel monolocale di Roberto e Giuliana è stato piacevole. La casa era pulita, ben attrezzata e situata in una posizione ideale nel centro di Cremona, a pochi passi dalla bellissima cattedrale. Roberto è stato molto cordiale e disponibile. Consigliatissimo! 😉

Emiliano was a fantastic host, and the apartment was excellent. I loved how it was right in the center of town. Parking is a bit tricky, so keep that in mind. You cannot park near the apartment on any of the cobbled streets, no matter what your navigation may tell you. Emiliano helped me download an incredibly good parking app for parking on the street, and there are other options. The apartment is spare but beautiful. The ceilings are fantastic. Even though the main street that the windows look out over is busy on the weekend, if you close the windows, it's not noisy. I was kind of surprised. We left the windows open anyway. We will definitely stay again when we come back.

Perfect little apartment within easy walking distance of the lake front and local amenities. Great location to base yourself to visit the other towns and villages around Lake Garda. The enclosed garden was perfect for our young children. The gated community is peaceful and the neighbours are friendly. Martin was a super friendly and responsive host. He couldn't have been more helpful. We had a really lovely stay.

È stato veramente un soggiorno piacevole. Appartamento ben tenuto, ottima la cucina del ristorante (sia per la colazione sia il cenone di capodanno), luogo tranquillo ed agreste. Esperienza da rifare. Sopra a tutto la cortesia e la gentilezza del personale.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement où nous avons séjourné avec nos deux jeunes enfants (de 2 ans et de 3 mois). Nous avions pris les lits de voyages pour les enfants et il y avait suffisamment de place dans la chambre pour nous quatre. La piscine est super car il y a deux bassins et l’un est moins profond pour les enfants. L’emplacement est pratique car le lac est à proximité à pied et il y a le port pour prendre le bateau pour une excursion. Le logement est très bien équipé et des produits (vaisselle, lessive, café, etc.) sont généreusement mis à disposition. Tout était fidèle à la description et aux photos. Anna Laura est réactive et attentionnée.

Lovely stay. Very good location with a 10 minute ish walk to the lake and 10min into padenghe. Check in was fairly easy with some YouTube videos to show you where the lockbox is and how to get in. The outdoor space is great and the pool fantastic! Thank you

Świetne miejsce na krótki pobyt nad Gardą. Mieszkanie czyste, posprzątane. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona. Bardzo wygodne łóżka z czystą pościelą. Na wejściu czekały na nas zapakowane, czyste ręczniki oraz mały podarunek na przywitanie od gospodarza. Łazienka schludna i również czysta, na wyposażeniu suszarka do włosów. Widok z balkonu na ogród z basenikiem. Sama okolica spokojna i blisko jeziora. Tak jak w opisie, w garażu są dostępne 4 rowery (dwa dla dorosłych, dwa dla dzieci) oraz kaski. Jeśli miałabym na siłę szukać minusów, to odległość od dworca to ok.5km i tyle samo do centrum Desenzano, ale na szczęście po mieście kursują autobusy, więc można szybko się w te miejsca dostać. Bardzo łatwy dojazd rowerem do Sirmione. Ja osobiście jestem bardzo zadowolona i jeśli będę mieć okazję, chętnie znowu tu się zatrzymam. Gospodarz komunikatywny, pomocny, szybko odpowiada.

Die Lage ist, wie andere schon beschrieben haben nicht die ruhigste aber man ist für sich. Das Grundstück ist umzäunt, Videoüberwacht und abgeschlossen. Der Pool ist sauber und ausreichend groß. An der Ausstattung der Küche könnte man etwas investieren. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Der Weg zum Gardasee ist überschaubar und mit dem Auto in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Wir haben es alles in allem sehr genossen. Die beiden sind auch unglaublich gastfreundlich. Gefallen hat uns auch, das wir zusammen auf dem Privatgrundstück gewohnt haben. So war jemand direkt zur Hand wenn etwas war ( was bei uns nicht der Fall war ) aber gut zu wissen das jemand da ist.

Schönes kleines Appartement in schöner Anlage. Die beiden Pools sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut, man kommt mit allem klar. Zu unserer Überraschung gab es sogar eine Garage. Nebenan wird gebaut, allerdings war im August davon nichts zu hören, vermutlich weil Urlaubszeit war. Wir hatten hier 14 schöne, erholsame und sehr warme Tage verbracht.

Alloggio pulito e forse ancora più bello che nelle fotografie allegate, host disponibilissimo e veloce nelle risposte. Da consigliare.
