Monica's apartment is completely newly renovated and furnished and has a special charm between "old" and "new". The apartment is very quiet with a (somewhat narrow) safe parking space (a little tight as usual in Italy) right in front of the apartment in the enclosed courtyard. Monica (and her son) are very kind and helpful and also think about the details. So basic things (e.g. coffee...) were already in the kitchen. The very small place is located in the wine-growing area. The closest restaurant is 100-200m away (Trattoria, but we didn't try it). A very good restaurant (heavily frequented by the restaurants) is about 2.5 km away (CASCINA DELLA TAVERNA -> do not be frightened by the external appearance. Reservation highly recommended as really full). Here, various types of meat are offered fresh from the grill at a really fair price. It is about 8-10 km to the usual tourist centers (e.g. Desenzano).

Very nice place to stay. An is a great host with good tips. The room is very quiet with views of green areas. Nice breakfast place in the yard. Solferino has great restaurants with good value for money. Breathe in when you were in the tourist stream on Lake Garda during the day. But this works only by car. We would come back.

Minutes away from the violin museum and the heart of Cremona. A violin luthier is also right next door so you can explore there too. Home is very historic and will give you a chance to understand a little how living there must have been. Host is pleasant and the room is comfortable enough. Great for a short stay in Cremona.

Absolutely fabulous stay with Pia, couldn’t recommend it more. The check in was easy and we were welcomed with freshly squeezed orange juice, Pia was so friendly and warm & welcomed us into her home immediately. The room was wonderful, clean and spacious and a lovely bathroom, amazing mini bar and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Wish we were staying longer, thank you so much ! 🫶🫶

I had a familiar and kind welcome. The host went out of his way to make me feel at home. The apartment is spacious, well-kept, very clean, and very clean. Extremely quiet and place in the center, furnished with attentive taste. It's not anonymous, but it speaks to the owner's personality. There's no shortage of a well-kept garden. The possibility of private parking also contributes to the tranquility of the stay. I hope I can come back. I couldn't find a better place for my Lodigiano stay.

The place was great, the welcome very warm. For one person alone - like me - the room with a double bed and single bed and private bathroom was huge. The host was very friendly. Michele did a quick laundry for me herself and also put the laundry proactively on the line. Thanks to a coupon, I was able to have a delicious breakfast in the surrounding area. The area around the apartment is quite boring. But the apartment itself makes up for it a lot.

Anna gave us a tour of this very old former palace and cited the historic story of the building. She also accompanied me to the city center to learn about restaurants, etc. The stay was wonderful, the building is a bit confusing in its layout and a few times I felt lost in a maze. But overall, a pleasant experience.
