Beautiful apartment, comfortable and spacious. Too bad we didn't have time to take advantage of the terrace and garden! The parking space inside the courtyard is priceless. The neighbors are a little noisy, or maybe the walls are thin, but apart from some strange noises in the evening, they didn't bother us. There is no wifi, my son would have appreciated it, but it is clearly indicated in the description that it is not available, so absolutely no problem!

I was very satisfied with the cottage and I really appreciated Barbara's kindness and availability. It's nice to walk into a place where there are little extra things put there for you, to make your stay more comfortable. It shows attention and a desire to make the people welcomed feel good.🥰

Great house, with all possible comforts, large and welcoming. We were with two children and we felt at home, the accommodation is clean and very functional. Paola is very friendly, the location is strategic for visiting the big surrounding cities, the village restaurants are great. I recommend it and will be able to go back!

We had a great time, the house is very bright and equipped with everything, in a quiet area and close to the center... upon our arrival Anna and Niko, they paid us a welcome arrival both for us and for my two dogs... We recommend it to all those who want to explore the beauties of Desenzano and its surroundings by staying overnight in a familiar and private environment and close to all the attractions of the lake

Positive experience, the centrally located accommodation allows you to easily walk to activities in the center of Crema. Convenient parking space inside the courtyard. Comfortable and sufficiently equipped house. We highly recommend taking advantage of it.

We were a group of 10 and the house met 100% of our needs. Super quiet place, independent and 10 minutes from the most popular places in the Desenzano area. Perfect.

Beppe and Betty are great hosts. The apartment is perfect for families with children as it has a garden and covered outdoor spaces. It is located in the countryside, about 15 minutes drive from the southern side of Lake Garda. We were 4 adults, 2 small kids and 2 toddlers and the apartment was perfect for our needs: three bedrooms (two double rooms and a room with a bunk bed). We spent a great weekend and even if it rained we had a great time also thanks to the ping pong table and the hospitality of Beppe&Betty that made us feel at home.

Very nice apartment building, and spacious. Apartment where we are located may be brightened up a bit. And too bad that there is no restaurant or coffee shop on the apartment building.

Stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time here. The location is ideal only 15 mins walk from the train station and a 30 minute leisurely walk to Desenzano. The apartment has everything you need and the restaurant on site is great. Giovanna was very friendly offering to pick us up from the station and ensuring we had everything we needed including a delicious breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

The apartment is very comfortable and very very clean. There is everything that you need. Fausta is very friendly and helpful person. The parking is available as well. The area was calm but we were in winter time. In general you need a car for go to grocery or the restaurant or to visit something . We would recommend the apartment any way.

OMG ... this place was STUNNING. I have stayed in many Air Bnbs around the world but this apartment hands down, beats them all so far. the location is incredible, and the views are amazing. being able to sit on the balcony watching the sunrise across the lake every morning was just magical. ignoring the views the apparent itself was lovely, it had everything you need and more. the quality of the cookware and furniture went above and beyond my expectations. all the different lighting available to set different moods was a great touch. even lighting in the shower which you could set to different colors was unusual but really nice. for anyone wanting to visit Lake Garda this has to be the place you choose to stay, I don't think anywhere else can match the location or the views. all you can eat Chinese restaurant downstairs, fresh pizza and pasta right next door, and a supermarket 5 minute walk in both directions. just a 15 minute walk to the station one direct train to Venice. perfect

Super friendly hosts and perfect location. Excellent and quiet location for day trips to Venice, Verona, Lake Garda (every day markets), wine region Valpolicella (including Amarone), Brescia, Bergamo, Monza, Milan, etc. A perfect golf course with a great restaurant (mega terrace) can be reached on foot or <10 minutes by car. Shopping in the neighboring village (<10 minutes). Large shopping center Il Leone in Lonato (<20 minutes). Our apartment was designed for 8 people and excellently equipped. Including dishwasher and possibility for clothes washing and drying. The property including the spacious parking space is video monitored. Conclusion: Full recommendation.

We had a lovely stay in Desenzano. (3 days) 5-minute walk to the center for all restaurants and also the port to take the ferry. (Lakeside) The place was very clean and the bed very comfortable. It lacked nothing for a short stay. We met the host Alberto who was super nice and advised us on restaurants and outings. Tip: you have to find the Italmark (grocery store) to do your shopping, otherwise it's a little difficult on the supply side. Italmark was great for us. Thank you Lake Garda for the beautiful stay. Our stay at Stefano's house was great! I can only recommend it. Communication with the host was also very good.

The Riccardo's place is great. It's peaceful, clean, cozy, with everything you might need in it and exactly as described and depicted by photos. Both Riccardo and Eleonora were extremely helpful, utterly kind and quick to respond to anything we asked/needed. We stayed only one night and it was only due to our personal reasons that we weren't able to prolong our stay - as all of us wanted to stay at least a few more days. Brilliant place, brilliant hosts, would love to come back. PS: Huge thanks to Riccardo's father who happened to pop up - he was great, humorous and very kind.

Clean and spacious apartment, super nice and helpful girls despite my initial mistake, very nice hamlet, breakfast bar and parking 10 steps away and I recommend Stardust pizzeria a few minutes walk for take-out pizza SUPERB!!

Alberto’s place was perfect for our time in Lake Garda, it’s extremely walkable (5mins) to the ferry and main tourist area but in a quiet spot off the main road for a good nights sleep. He had some good restaurant recommendations too! Thanks Alberto!

A stay full of charm and well filled. We had a real crush on this majestic accommodation: the space, the volumes, the decoration, the comfort, the light, the private garden, the huge inner courtyard so neat and elegant filled with birdsong. The location of this building allows easy walking access to the entire old town and access to the train station is very easy. All food shops are a stone's throw away and we enjoyed preparing and having our meals at home or on the terrace on one level. Only downside for me, the 2 huge rooms are on the street side and so we hear the traffic of cars. Luigi was very attentive from scratch and all his tips were really helpful to discover Cremona and his soul.
