L’appartamento è comodo, pulito, ristrutturato e fornito di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. Le indicazioni dell’host sono state precise e utili. Lo risceglierei per una futura vacanza a Castel di Sangro e dintorni.

Valentina's place is really great and well located. It is really a step away from the beach, many restaurant and offers a parking spot which makes it very convenient to do everything by foot or bicycle. Valentina's place was found spotless, the checking was very flexible and Valentina very helpful during our entire stay.

Very lovely apartment. Great that it had new washer and dryer. Host and her family were very helpful. Very centrally located in the host area of town. Would definitely stay there again.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella Dimora di Gre’ l’intero mese di agosto. Da Lanciano si raggiungono in poco tempo mare, montagna, splendide antiche cittadine e siti storici. L’appartamento è arredato in maniera gradevole e funzionale ed è dotato di ogni comfort. Abbiamo particolarmente gradito la generosa ospitalità e le puntuali attenzioni della padrona di casa. Il soggiorno è stato semplicemente perfetto! La stanza era pulitissima, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Il letto era molto comodo e ho apprezzato i piccoli dettagli. La zona è tranquilla e molto vicina al centro.L’host è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile e attento. Mi sono sentito come a casa. Consiglio assolutamente questa sistemazione e ci tornerei volentieri!

Bel appartement sur 2 niveaux avec grands balcons à chaque chambre, climatisation appréciable. Proche de la plage à pied à 200 mètres. Logement bien équipé et spacieux. Nous recommandons.

Abbiamo trovato al nostro arrivo la sig.ra Rita gentilissima ,flessibile nel orario del check in che nell'accoglienza. Casa spettacolare con tutte le comodita possibili e immaginabili. Posto tranquillo ma vicino cmq al centro. Eravamo in 7 e ci siamo stati comodi. Pulizia top Lo consiglio vivamente

Giovanni is one of the kindest, most helpful hosts I've ever had. He really went above & beyond in making sure everything about my stay was great. If I could give him 10 stars instead of 5, I would. He gave me a ride to & from the train station, bought my train ticket for me in advance, loaned me a bicycle, offered me a ride to Chietano, & repeatedly let me know he was always available if there was anything I needed. His comfortable attic apartment was artfully designed & had everything I needed & then some. He thought of every detail, including stocking the fridge w things I might want in the morning, & providing toiletries, slippers, bathrobe, breakfast items, & many other extras. When I cooked dinner I found everything I needed from cookware to condiments. I loved sitting at the little table on the balcony with a view of the sea. The location is great, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. If you're a cyclist, you'll enjoy the idyllic 60ish km auto-free seaside bike lane.

È il secondo anno che scegliamo questa casa ed è sempre magnifica. L'host è gentilissimo e ha sempre la generosità di accoglierci con dei dolci e una bottiglia di vino locale. La casa è molto ampia, è ESTREMAMENTE pulita e ha tutto quello che serve, è in un piccolo vicolo del centro paese. La notte è silenziosa e la casa, nonostante le temperature estive, è fresca. Scerni è un piccolo paese a una ventina di minuti dalla Costa dei Trabocchi, per noi è una location perfetta, perché ci consente di essere tranquilla godendo del panorama delle colline coltivate a ulivi e vigneti e allo stesso tempo di poter arrivare in spiaggia in poco tempo. In paese ci sono due pasticcerie di alto livello (segnalo La Scernese per la colazione e Carlucci per i dolci tipici alle mandorle e la pasta fresca) e ristoranti e pizzerie buonissimi. Nelle vicinanze la cantina sociale dove compriamo il vino ogni anno. Consigliatissimo se cercate una vacanza rilassante e senza stress.

Gabriella should hire a professional photographer to do the good pictures, because these, what are published, do not express the beauty and perfect style of the house. It is an modern style, spacious house, located in three floors with three rest rooms, open and modern kitchen, cosy terrace and super comfort beds. All the house is filled with day light, and there is a nice lighting at night time. Welcoming table was too much: Gabriella took care about everything: pasta, olive oil, beer, wine, sweets... We came late at night, very tired after long long way, and when we realised how beautiful and spacious the house is, to see the hosts who prepared so much for us, left us speechlees. The parking is a bit complicated from the beginning, because the streets are quite narrow, but after few days is not a problem any more, you just use to park :) Sea is in few kilometers to drive, parking is also there (0.5€/hour). All the shops, that you need are in a walkable distance. In the kitchen you can prepare all the food- all equipment is there. We woo highly recommend this place for families or couples for spending vacation. Gabriella will tell you many tips what to see and where to go, what places to visit. Our family spent super nice time there (9 days) and would like to say big thank's for everything to Gabriella and her husband and welcome new families who are going to stay in this house.

What a magical place! Quaint little town in the Italian countryside with breathtaking views everywhere. Can’t wait to return to the area and this gem in the mountains!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette maison si atypique disposant de grands espaces et d'un jardin magnifique. Les hôtes sont très accueillants ( repas prévu à notre arrivée tardive) et adorables. Un grand merci à Marco pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité . Il nous a bien guidé pour découvrir cette belle région. Maintenant, grâce à lui, nous savons faire des gnocchis!

Sur mes deux semaines en Italie (pour un total de 5 AirBnb), le logement d’Olivia a Colledimezzo est certainement celui qui a le plus l’effet WoW! Le logement, bien qu’ancien (ce qui fait tout son charme!) est très bien aménagé et dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires. Il est situé sur le flanc de Colledimezzo qui donne une vue magnifique sur le lac et les montagnes. La terrasse est si agréable qu’il a été difficile de la quitter pour aller visiter les environs! De plus, les gens de Colledimezzo sont particulièrement chaleureux! Non seulement je recommanderais le logement d’Olivia mais lors de mon prochain voyage en Italie, je devrai absolument faire un détour par les Abruzzes pour y retourner!

La casa di Camilla è super pulita, rinnovata e spaziosa. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e abbiamo passato un bel capodanno tranquillo. Il borgo è carino e tranquillo. La proprietaria di casa ha comunicato con noi spesso e ha contribuito ad un soggiorno senza alcun intoppo.

I loved Lorenzo’s place it was perfect for my short stay in Chieti and central to everything I needed. Lorenzo met me in town and walked me to the accomodation which helped me feel welcomed and settled. The place itself was amazing, historical and cozy, with all the necessary amenities. This was our favorite place in Italy? This small town has such heart, the art is amazing and the locals are beyond friendly. My husband and I can't recommend this place enough. very clean and comfortable. our only regret is not staying longer. The castle is built in 13th century and so stunning to see in person. we will be back.

Silvio è stato un ottimo host. Si è reso disponibile a fare il check in in un orario a noi comodo e ci ha accolto con molta gentilezza. Abbiamo apprezzato che sia stato presente senza essere invadente. La casa era pulita e aveva tutti i confort utili per rendere il nostro soggiorno come se fossimo a casa nostra. Consigliamo di scegliere la casa di Silvio!!!

Fabulous place with tons of natural light and fresh air in a location in the old town that would be hard to beat. Patio has view of the ocean - is private, large and perfect for relaxing mornings and evenings. Carmencita & her husband were extremely responsive, picked me up at the train station, showed me some of the town, arranged reservations and even drove me to the beach. They are very kind and helpful people that stand out amongst all the traveling I’ve done. Bed is super comfy, decor modern & kitchen well stocked. Don’t hesitate on this one.

Il BnB di Gabriella è assolutamente perfetto in ogni aspetto. La struttura è molto pulita, il terrazzo comune affaccia su un paesaggio stupendo. La camera, molto pulita, è anche spaziosa e dispone di un bagno moderno. Devo dire che questo BnB ci ha veramente stupito. Grazie mille, torneremo sicuramente da te, nel caso dovessimo tornare ad Atessa. A presto!

non ho avuto il piacere di conoscere Philip di persona ma è stato sempre presente ad ogni mia richiesta. casa con tutti confort, pulitissima, bella la terrazza. immobile nuovo e posizione silenziosa seppur vicina alla statale. comodo per raggiungere la ciclabile a pochi metri. idem per bus. super consigliato

Ero già stata molte volte a Francavilla, ma non avevo mai alloggiato proprio lì. Attico molto bello, ben arredato, luminoso e molto arieggiato (tripla esposizione). Terrazzo ampio e arredato per permettere di usufruirne comodamente. Disponibilità di posto auto nel cortile condominiale. Lidi a due passi. Vicinanza ai mezzi di trasporto per spostarsi, senza bisogno di auto. Alberto, host attento, disponibile e molto cordiale. Esperienza molto positiva, assolutamente da ripetere!!!

We have been traveling around Italy for 6 weeks and this place is the best! So unique, clean clean clean, everything upper end, warm & inviting, super comfortable bed, lots of provided drinks & snacks. We are here off season mid Oct but just 3 blocks away in Piazza area there are lots of great places to eat & have cocktails. Our hosts recommended several restaurants, so good!. This house has a documented real pre- christ roman bath under it that was discovered during remodeling, the host took us down to see it. it's documented and amazing. Do not hesitate to rent this place, it was a highlight for us!

La casa di Gabriella è un luogo magico, molto più bella dal vivo grazie alla meravigliosa luce che arriva tutto il giorno sulla terrazza. La vista sulle montagne è qualcosa di spettacolare. Gabriella fornisce ogni cosa che può servire per un soggiorno, dalla cucina ai prodotti per l'igiene (bagnoschiuma, prodotti lavatrice, lavastoviglie ecc.), oltre a fornire dei voucher per la colazione ottima che si può fare al bar proprio nello stesso stabile. Erano disponibili in casa acqua, cialde per il caffè, fette biscottate e marmellate. Le camere sono pulite, letti e cuscini comodi, bagni pulitissimi, riscaldati e dotati di tutto, perfino di accappatoi. L'accoglienza è stata magnifica, abbiamo ricevuto tutte le informazioni che abbiamo richiesto ed estrema disponibilità al momento del check-in. In tanti anni di alloggi con Airbnb in Italia e all'estero, questa esperienza si piazza al primo posto, anche per la centralità nel bellissimo paesino che per Natale era magico! Grazie di cuore ❤️
