Beachfront vacation rentals in Province of Caserta

A great property with a fabulous roof terrace looking out to sea. The beach is a few minutes walk away and lots of nearby restaurants, shops, cafes etc. Antonio was helpful and responsive. A great place for a holiday near the beach and with lots to do nearby. We visited Pompeii and Naples for the day which was easy to do and spent a few days on the beach. A stunning location to watch the sunset - both from the terrace or the beach itself.

I stayed with my colleagues at Villa Carmine and Gina during the days of an event that was held nearby. The description and photos absolutely match reality and we had a great time. A well-kept garden surrounds the house, and if we had had the time, we would have gladly spent the afternoon sunbathing. Very kind host in helping us find something delicious for breakfast. Definitely a very good option in case I have to go back to the area.

Franco was such an amazing host. Not only did he pick up and drop off my boyfriend and I at the train station he was also extremely friendly and kind and very helpful. He showed us around Minturno (we didn't have a car or any sort of transportation) and also helped us rent some electric bikes for the day that we were there. He was extremely quick to answer us with any questions that we had too. If we come back to minturno we're staying with Franco again!!

The place is very large and clean. The bathrooms are new and the rooms are spacious. There is no mosquito nets, please equip yourself with vape and the like. The location is great, you are on the beach. All the staff, reception, lifeguards, green workers and maintenance workers, bars and animators are kind and helpful. If you are a large family and think about eating at home, I would like to point out that the kitchen equipment is quite basic but you will have a fantastic washing machine. Convenient and neighboring shops. Clean sea with sandy beach that degrades slowly, suitable for children. Very attentive lifeguards.
