Vacation rentals with beach access in Province of Caserta

Ilio is a great host, very friendly, helpful and responsive. He was also very nice and flexible when our flight to Naples was rescheduled due to bad weather conditions and we did not reach Sessa Aurunca until 1 AM(!). The apartment is exactly as described, very clean, spacious. Pure recommendation! Thank you dear Ilio, we had a wonderful time in Sessa Aurunca!

Franco was such an amazing host. Not only did he pick up and drop off my boyfriend and I at the train station he was also extremely friendly and kind and very helpful. He showed us around Minturno (we didn't have a car or any sort of transportation) and also helped us rent some electric bikes for the day that we were there. He was extremely quick to answer us with any questions that we had too. If we come back to minturno we're staying with Franco again!!

Perfect stop between Napoli and Rome, House has plenty of room, two large bedrooms large bathroom with washing machine, huge kitchen diner with great coffee and snacks left for us thank you. Ample parking outside locked gate easy access and lockbox for key to arrive any time. Local Town a bit odd maybe but when you dig deep there are amazing gems like Pineta pizza, this place is an absolute must do if you are with kids. I took my nephew and he along with two other kids made their pizza there with the owner who is incredible This experience was included in the regular price of the pizza and you can just request when you arrive and he will do his best to accommodate. Pineta pizza was the highlight of our trip and would recommend everyone to try this place. The house was perfect, huge space if you are a large party we were only two but we enjoyed it and great to have secure parking coffee et cetera. Thank you very much recommended.

A great property with a fabulous roof terrace looking out to sea. The beach is a few minutes walk away and lots of nearby restaurants, shops, cafes etc. Antonio was helpful and responsive. A great place for a holiday near the beach and with lots to do nearby. We visited Pompeii and Naples for the day which was easy to do and spent a few days on the beach. A stunning location to watch the sunset - both from the terrace or the beach itself.

Our host Nicole was truly exceptional. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and safety throughout our stay. Knowing we were traveling late, she expressed genuine concern, staying in touch until we arrived safely. Her warm welcome with freshly brewed coffee was a gesture we’ll never forget—it immediately made us feel at home. Airbnb was impeccably clean and well-organized, making it a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The attention to detail in maintaining the space was impressive. She also provided detailed instructions about the property and nearby areas, making everything seamless for us. It’s rare to find such a caring and attentive host, and we are so grateful for her kindness.

the apartment is very spacious and clean. Nicolos is a nice host and answers your questions . The apartment is 1.5 hours by bus +tram from Naples city center. if you don't have a car it's a little more complicated because you are dependent on public transit which is very random in the summer . Pay attention here too it's random for 2 euros to 3.50 for the same bus and 4 euros for the tram. The beach is good and the surroundings are a little faded this apartment is well located for visiting the area. be careful the city cuts the water at midnight but you have a cistern to palliate.
