I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Sergio’s house in San Potito! The property was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—peaceful and charming, with beautiful surroundings. Sergio was an outstanding host—extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. He went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and made me feel completely at home. I highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting San Potito. Pietro and Federica were spectacular Hosts. Available from the first moment, super active in terms of communication both through Airbnb, or by phone. The description and directions were very clear. Federica was super cordial, friendly and precise during check-in. The apartment is a real gem!Clean, charming, tidy, refined…with some goodies that will give a wonderful flavor to the stay. Nothing was missing, neither in the bathroom nor in the kitchen. A credit to this guy for his availability and because he gives the customer the opportunity to feel at home. We'll see you soon!

Amazing property, very high quality throughout. Stunning pool and outdoor areas. Highly recommended for those looking for peace and quiet. Sant Agata is about 10 minutes drive and has everything…restaurants, bars, supermarkets, seriously good pizza. Also a great Sunday market.

The place with the pool is very nice and Maria welcomed us personally and warmly. There is a small kitchen and bathroom. The place itself is wonderful and clean. We just didn't like the surroundings so much. The roads are very broken and there is a lot of garbage.

A beautiful country house nestled in the hills and vineyards. Perfect for a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature. We rented it as two families to stay together and visit the Royal Palace of Caserta. Definitely also very convenient for those who want to visit the Christmas markets of Limatola Castle. Andrea was a very patient, collaborative and friendly host. I highly recommend it!

We spent almost a month at Ana's house in Cervaro this spring & we really enjoyed our stay! The house immediately makes you feel at home because of the decorations. Inside the house is everything you need, the kitchen has all cooking stuff + paella pans + orange juicer and lovely tableware. The garden is larger than the pictures make it seem, with multiple levels. We spent most of our daytime outside on the lounge sofa & on the sun deck! The surroundings are beautiful: mountain views at all sides, ideal for hiking & cycling. Cervaro centro is 10min walking and has some nice bars that are open day and evening, Cassino is 15min by car and has everything else. Communication with Ana was easy and we were happy with the local recommendations for food & visits. We would highly recommend staying at Ana's house to relax and enjoy Lazio's beautiful nature 💚

A NECESSARY EXPERIENCE. Perhaps this is the most suitable phrase to describe a traveler's experience. Oh yes, because it's a trip. A journey through time, in the memories of the host's family, in the furnishings that seem to come alive, in the objects that seem to tell a story, in the woods that seem to speak to you. I'll stop there, because no other word could describe this wonder.

This place is incredible! If anything I think the photos undersell it. We had the most amazing week here. Giuseppina and her family were so welcoming and brought us fresh eggs from their chickens. We originally had plans to take a bunch of day trips to Naples, etc. but we were so in love with the house that we spent most of our days there in the pool or reading in the hammock. I cannot recommend it enough for a relaxing holiday.

Nice accommodation not far from Naples. Nearby there is everything you need, as well as the possibility to park right in front of the house. Highly recommended.
