House vacation rentals in Province of Benevento

Beautiful house , tastefully built and decorated. The large veranda and wonderfully large swimming pool complete the outdoors. Around the house is a large garden. Here you have all the ingredients for a relaxing holiday . The contact with the host was very good and she went above and beyond to give you a successful one.

This was a wonderful choice for us: a small-ish house but plenty of space for a family of four plus two dogs, a huge outdoor space including a proper playground (!!) for our young boys, and woods all around to explore. This is a true escape - no need to worry about cars (the house is down a long driveway and there are no cars around anyway), nights are totally silent, and the view is of green hills as far as the eye can see. The downstairs bedroom has a big bed for parents and a set of bunk beds. Upstairs is a kind of loft bedroom, very cozy, and a comfortable double bed. We liked all the patio/yard space too. It's too early for the pool, but we used the loungers in the sun and the playground is well kept and has plenty to keep children busy. Up the mountain behind the house are some lovely walks, and if you follow a dirt road there are windmills up there. We found it fascinating to stand under the windmill and watch it do its thing. You can hear the whooshing sound from the house. The town of San Lupo is just down the hill, maybe 5 minutes, and there's a grocery store right at the bottom of the road that has all the basics. We drove to other villages and mountain hikes and waterfalls too - beautiful area! The house is well built and has good quality finishings. We didn't use the TV but there are two. Our host was very gracious and greeted us with wine and a cake. Recommended!

We loved our stay - we were lucky with the weather, which made it perfect, especially with the pool & barbeque, even the dishwasher being out of action didn't spoil it (couldn't have fitted the giant crockery & pots in anyway!) - a few pointers! The directions/address on the Air BnB website got us completely lost - we found out way thanks to the host sending us a map link. Theres a lack of instructions and information at the property - answers to queries via whats-app were quick & helpful, but some sort of information book and guide to what is in the town would have been greatly appreciated! The town is easily walkable and very quirky , but don't try to drive around in it! Our host was very helpful & quick to respond via the internet & our cleaner Mrs. Lina was great- tracking us down in the town when we arrived and leading us back to the villa! So overall, thanks for a great family holiday in a lovely location - we would 100% recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Orza. Its a great place to just relax and unwind. The villa is beautiful and offers lots of privacy. The hosts were very accommodating and made us feel welcomed and at home from the very beginning. The apartment is very spacious with a large living area as well as large bedrooms and washroom. With the extreme heat in August, we were a little nervous about there being no air conditioning but that was not an issue at all. The apartment has lots of large windows and it allows for great breeze to come in and flow throughout. At check in we were greeted with a home made bottle of wine made with grapes from the property and it was delicious. We also had an opportunity to try some of the sweet grapes, figs and fresh eggs all from trees and chickens that are on the property. While enjoying an afternoon swim we were visited by peacocks that roam the land as well. Over all a great experience and would definitely recommend. Looking forward to returning!

Beautiful location and a fantastic host

This was a lovely stay in a beautiful area. Our kids loved the pool & surroundings of the villa. Camilla is a very kind & responsive host. The location is beautiful & quiet, but can be a bit secluded. I highly recommend this for families with kids.

We arrived at magical Molinara just as spring began. It was still a bit cold, but each day the temperature rose, more and more plants and flowers began to bloom, and the trees thickened beautifully with leaves. We stayed for 5 weeks and by the end, the entire area had transformed into a lush green landscape. Migratory birds became increasingly common. It was wonderful to witness the change of seasons so vividly from such a beautiful setting—we spent every moment we could out on the porch. It’s a peaceful place—there’s little to no traffic on nearby roads, perfect for running, biking, or simply enjoying the sounds of nature. This region of Italy is truly a hidden treasure. The nature is stunning, and it feels untouched and authentic. The hosts are amazing—always helpful and responsive. We were even spoiled with homemade and local delicacies. Thank you so much, Camillo and Luigia, for being incredibly generous and kind. You’ve left a lasting impression on us—we hope to meet again.

Not only were they very kind and accommodating, but they also recommended some great places to go and some great places to eat. One night they actually made us for dinner reservation at one of the recommendations and during the meal the waiter came over to let us know that they bought us two bottles of champagne.. It was extremely generous and extremely nice of them to do so . The house was fantastic , the view was amazing.

Great house splitted in two studio apartments. Each studio apartment is let out individually and comes with parking space in the premises. Each studio flat has everything that you need: A comfortable bed, clean toilet, fridge, coffee maker machines and snacks. The hosts were nice and comunicative. my flight was delay and I arrived late at night in Naples but they waited for me so I could have all the check in instructions. I would definitely be visiting this place again in the future.

This place clicks several things on our list of what we love in a vacation. Close enough to visit a few great historic places like Naples & Pompeii, but sleeping in the quiet, quaint, and beautiful countryside of Italy. The home is beautiful & really spacious with super views. The outdoor space is larger than anticipated. I would definitely rent this property again - cheaper than a hotel room with 5 times the space, and save money cooking some meals in the great kitchen.

Cozy home with private parking. Not so much outdoor space, but otherwise nice conditions with coffee and breakfast. Extremely helpful host!

Anna is a very kind host! She answered our questions and tried to accommodate our requests without any hesitation. The room was tidy and clean. The apartment is in a quiet area away from traffic. If I had to go back to the area, I would still choose this property!

Angelo was very helpful, upon my arrival everything was clean and tidy was not at all intrusive. The house is located practically in the center and you can move around quietly without a car, there are a lot of convenience stores , groceries and a few restaurants (including a pizzeria right next to the house). Obviously being in the center at night until 11:30 pm there is a little more noise but it is normal. I'll be back ❤️

Marco and Sonia are spectacular hosts. They are very attentive, they are always available, they give great suggestions of places to visit in Benevento, they are undoubtedly the best hosts I have ever had until today. I think I have earned two new friends in my stay, I will definitely return to Benevento to visit them. I really don't have any words to thank you for all they've done for me. My friend and I are students who go to Benevento for the exam. The landlord's father gave us a lot of help and the house is very beautiful. Looking forward to relocating again.

The apartment was all new and tidy, the bathroom was also a great time. My son and I was very quiet area Giuseppina, always ready to respond at any time, kind and helpful. If I ever come back I would consider going back to this apartment that I had a great time

We felt like we went to visit a relative we hadn't seen in a long time, so the welcome and the apartment was perfect. Great hospitality, with the heart, from Vincenzo and his mother. Nothing, nothing, nothing to say about the house, equipped with everything. I don't dwell on the beauty of the country and the entire surrounding area. Great positive energy, nature, people, eating...W Italy and TRUE hospitality.

We stayed for three nights, occupying all the rooms. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, as well as very clean. Having saturated the hospitality allowed us to fully enjoy the breakfast area, making the experience very familiar. The property is cozy and offers everything you need for a good stay.
