Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Province of Benevento

Very kind hosts, the apartment is in a quiet area surrounded by nature, upon my arrival there was water and coffee available, the kitchen was equipped with everything, nothing was missing, the apartment has a nice terrace with a nice view, everything clean and tidy, perfect, I had a great time and I will definitely be back Thank you for everything Maria Filomena.

We had a fantastic time at Mario's beautiful residence. The location is incredibly private and peaceful and the house has everything you need. The pool was amazing and the grounds were large and well maintained. Highly recommended!

We visited Villa De Luccheri as a family group of 15. It is such a unique place nestled in the countryside. Completely away from the tourist area which is what we were looking for. It really is a unique retreat. We loved exploring down the paths and into the forest area. The children had a great time in the pool (despite the cold weather) and had lots of places to run around. We had a lovely time roasting marshmallows by the fire pit. We were unable to use the hot tub for the first two days as it wasn’t working but Salvatore called lots of people to come and get it fixed and it was and we were able to use. Salvatore was always friendly and on hand, replying almost immediately when required. Salvatore also has some lovely people who help. A lovely helper (Alberto) gave us lots of recommendations (over Google translate) and shared his knowledge about area. After we asked him if we could pick fruit locally, the next day he gave us a bag of freshly picked Lemons and big bag of nut

My girlfriend and I spent three wonderful days at Alessio's ranch. The surroundings are pleasant, and eating on the porch with a nice sunny day is priceless. The house, despite being surrounded by nature, has all the comforts we needed. The Easter barbecue has never been so relaxing. Alessio made us find everything to have breakfast and more. There was everything you need to light the fireplace and/or have an outdoor breakfast. Alessio is also super helpful, for any eventuality. Which made us feel relaxed and comfortable. At the end of the stay we did not want to leave the property was one of the most pleasant stays on air bnb. We will definitely be back. If finding the free ranch book it immediately, spending days there in peace and privacy is therapeutic. You won't regret it.

Words cannot describe this place. Michele was a fantastic host, the home is a haven in the hills and the pictures really don't do it justice. Every detail has been accounted for, the views are amazing and you feel safe at all times, its a real family style community. Michele has Ebikes to rent and we explored neighbouring towns and road through vineyards. We would recommend this romantic get away to anyone.

Everything was incredible! Truly. Luca met us and showed us where to park. He and his mother showed us the apartment with grace and caring. Furnished beautifully. I told him it was too nice for a rental (and I meant it). I rent fairly often and this place is amazing. As are the hosts. Don’t hesitate.

This was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. On our way back to Naples, we planned a stop at the legendary Franco Pepe’s Pepe in Grani—but the real highlight came afterward: a hidden gem in the countryside. The 200-year-old house is a perfect blend of old-world charm and modern comfort—beautifully designed, tastefully decorated, and fully equipped. Surrounded by views, farm animals, and orange trees, it was so peaceful we wished we’d based our whole trip here. The hosts, Ilaria and her husband, were incredibly warm and thoughtful—like old friends. He picked fresh oranges, she made juice, and they even brought us fresh cheese and bread for breakfast. A tour of their farm was the cherry on top. With small shops and cozy local cafes nearby, this place was simply perfect. A true hidden gem!

We had a very good month at the house. The apartment is large, comfortable and clean, located in a charming village, surrounded by nature and tranquility. Pietraroja and the entire Matese region are extraordinary, people are friendly. Gianni is a perfect, helpful host. Despite the heat, the house was pleasantly cool. If you love mountains and an authentic community, you'll need to visit this place.
