The villa, ideal for group trips, has a private 15x6 m swimming pool reserved for guests, very pleasant during the day and also in the evening if you want to dine by the illuminated pool. We are strategically located about 800 meters from the center of Conegliano (50 km from Venice) on the road that leads to the Prosecco hills, a UNESCO heritage site, with a bus stop and supermarket in front of the house. Very close to shops, restaurants, pharmacy, riding stable, tennis, gym and indoor pool.

Relax with the whole family in this wonderful attic in the heart of the Belluno Dolomites. A few kilometers from the ski slopes of Auronzo, Misurina, Cortina and San Vito di Cadore. The apartment is located on the top floor of a detached house, and offers comfortable accommodation with a living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 with 2 single beds). There is the possibility to use the swimming pool of the hotel adjacent to the house (extra service for a fee).

The ski lifts are in the immediate vicinity and are accessible on foot in a few minutes. The Seceda cable car can be reached via the pedestrian tunnel directly behind the house. The flat has a free parking space in the garage. Access to the Mar Dolomit swimming pool is included.
