La Piccola Latteria è un edificio completamente autonomo. Dispone di un piccolo soggiorno, angolo cottura con 2 piastre, frigo e forno a microonde, un bagno interno ed al piano superiore una camera da letto con due letti singoli. Ha il riscaldamento autonomo, acqua calda e tutti gli attrezzi da cucina. Era un piccolo caseificio dal XVIII secolo a 30 anni fa ed è tutto in pietra locale, ristrutturato filologicamente. Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

It is 1,918m above sea level, in a site with excellent snow, with downhill ski lifts 150 meters away and within walking distance, and the cross-country ski slope just across the street. Great starting point for wonderful excursions. It is also often used by my family and so we want it to be welcoming.

Le Spezie farmhouse is located in the Prosecco hills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The family farm grows Prosecco grapes and has an orchard and a wood. The old farmhouse has four independent apartments (sleeping a total of 16 people, with nine bedrooms and six bathrooms). The large garden has benches and tables for outdoor dining. There are games for children, swings and a charming wooden playhouse. Dogs, cats, chickens and a donkey.

The house has undergone a conservative restoration, which, while maintaining its original appearance, preserves its use for the purposes of the stay and residence. The house has a bedroom on the second floor with a double bed and two single beds side by side.
