Monthly Rentals in Providence

A very nice and quiet bnb! Had a lot of amenities in the area and is very close to downtown. The host was extremely friendly and responsive towards any issues/ concerns that I had. Definitely recommend this space and will go back again!

Our return to Matt’s place was as always restorative, and his minimal decor and great selection of readings conducive to peace. The setting is tranquil, the shower superb, and one of the most comfortable beds we’ve ever found in an Airbnb. Matt is a great host, and we’re already looking forward to a return to his sweet space. The location is wonderful, within two blocks of many restaurants and a Whole Foods Market. Ryan and Gregg were very responsive. We got in around 11 p.m. and had questions about the heat. They responded immediately and were very helpful. We could keep the temperature comfortable even in the very cold (10-30 degrees Fahrenheit) weather of our trip. The unit is compact and perfect for two people. There is ample closet space to keep luggage and clothes out of the main living area. The sofa bed has been changed to a Murphy bed, which solves the previous comment about the mattress. We found the mattress really comfortable and looked it up and bought one for our own home. Also, by having a Murphy bed, you have the option of setting the space up for meals or watching TV. Having access to laundry was great and really helped keep our packing light. The space has plenty of blankets, pillows, and linens to keep you comfortable. I would stay with them again.

This was basically what we needed and James was extremely responsive whenever we were in contact.
