This is my 3rd time staying at Pippa's airbnb and with good reason, it's amazing! She is a very attentive host (ty again for the thoughtful gesture!). The space is comfy and feels like home. Very close to the main road if you're looking to explore, but located far enough away to enjoy some quiet time on the porch. Thank you again Pippa for your hospitality and, God willing, will see you again this time next year!

Kristina was a wonderful host for my friends and I over a long weekend. She was very responsive and the Airbnb was fill of suggestions for local nature walks, farmers markets, beaches, and restaurants. The place was spotless and set in such a peaceful neighborhood. I wish we could’ve have stayed longer!

Loved staying here— it was off the beaten path of main Newport which gave me the opportunity explore the areas that weren’t just on the tourist side! The drive to the main area of Newport was maybe 6 minutes…making it incredibly convenient but peaceful. The large bed was very comfortable, and Anne was a very kind host who gave me some good recommendations for indoor things to do in the case of some bad weather. Would stay here again!

Great and responsive host, the space was perfectly prepared for us upon arrival, couldn’t have wanted/needed anything else. The space felt very much like your own while you’re there, great yard, 10/10 would stay there again if in the area ever!

This is the second tie we stayed at Linda's place. The place is extremly clean, comfortable, and had eveything we needed for our week's stay. Linda lives in a another part of the complex, so we saw her quite a bit, she is very friendly and was helpful in making suggestions about places to see or resturants nearby. Her place is dog friently. The yard was perfect for our pups, a large back yard that is completely fenced in. Ours dogs had a ball playing with Tucker, Linda's new pup. we look forward to staying at Linda's place in the future.

Great place to stay for a weekend. Room was comfortable and clean. Convenient walk to restaurants around Newport.

Gwenda and John’s home is absolutely beautiful and we had a fantastic stay there during our wedding weekend. Gwenda was incredibly kind, responsive, and left clear and helpful instructions. The location is beautiful and walkable to everything Bristol has to offer. The fridge stocked with snacks was an added bonus and a very thoughtful touch. We felt right at home and can’t recommend them highly enough!

A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a thoughtfully and beautifully decorated suite!We have friends in the neighborhood and recommended that they put up visiting friends and family here any time. We look forward to returning in the future!

We only stayed for one night, but I wish we had been able to stay longer! It was clean and cozy with a beautiful view right on the water. Cara was responsive and provide clear instructions for check in and check out.

My family lives in the area and I personally love the neighborhood, the peaceful area for walks and fairly close to the long bike path, which is great for a run. The house is nicely laid out with a nice bathroom etc. We were there with our two boys, 6 and 9 - we set up the air mattress up stairs with the other bed, which worked well for us.

Great little place to base yourself in the locality. Very quiet with no disturbances, just birdsong. May well return next time we’re in Rhode island

This property is in such a beautiful and peaceful location. We felt safe and at home during our entire stay. Everything was spotless and well take care of. Our host, Leonard, was so responsive and accommodating! Everything we needed was there including a wonderful binder of clear stay and check out instructions, recommendations for local things to do, shopping and restaurants as well. Had a really lovely stay!

Matt was a wonderful host. He was friendly and very willing to assist in anyway needed. His home was immaculate located in a beautiful setting. We will definitely book again and recommend to others

This place was extremely cozy and thoughtfully stocked and clean. I could have not brought any of my own toiletries they had it all! Even had toys and a clean dog bed for our pup to use, we felt right at home. It was an easy drive to downtown Newport and across the road from a cute winery which was really nice to sit outside for a glass of wine and live music.

Celina’s home was very clean, and had all the amenities we needed such as coffee, tea, and bathroom essentials. The location was great for our needs, and Celina was responsive during the entire stay.

What an amazing space - I love historic houses and especially love old carriage houses, especially when they're restored as beautifully as this one. It had that cozy 1899 era feel like you were stepping back in time, but everything was renovated to modern day standards and decorated with a fitting kind of nautical vibe to match the history + area. George was a fantastic host, sweet enough to check in after the first night and immediately responsive, very accommodating. Wish I could have stayed longer than just a few nights, but hope to have the opportunity to come back!

My family and I had a great experience at Jairo’s place. My mom is a “neat freak” and had nothing to complain about as far as cleanliness of the house was concerned. That is high praise! Jairo and his wife are lovely humans. They were friendly and attentive. The neighborhood is lovely. I felt at home and safe in the neighborhood. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful week at this airbnb. The unit was clean, comfortable, and the check in/out instructions clear and easy. Close to everything in Newport, Middletown restaurants, and a reasonable drive to other RI towns. Highly recommend and will definitely consider returning if we are in the area in the future.

Time’s place is wonderful. Private entrance through the driveway makes it a convenient spot to get in & out of. Very clean. If you’re ever in the area I highly recommend booking this spot for your stay.

My fiance and I wanted to explore Newport for our anniversary and Sally and Dusty’s place did not disappoint. It was conveniently located, clean, accurately depicted via the photos provided, in fact even BIGGER than it appeared in photos, and was located in a very quiet, peaceful, and safe neighborhood. Washer and dryer a huge plus! The road it was located on led right to the water, beautiful! It was directly attached to their house, but that wasn’t an issue cause they never bothered us, nor did we hear them through the walls. I know they have a dog because I heard it bark a few times, but it was NEVER a problem and I’m actually sad I didn’t get to meet it ☹️ the only negatives I would list would be that there were a few bugs in the house, but to be expected with the woods/trees right there, the bathroom sink was slightly clogged, and there was no outside lighting so we had to use our phone flashlights when we came back late at night. Would recommend and stay here again! Thank you! 😊

The apartment was adorable- decorated very nicely and beachy - and was very clean! Sandra left toiletries which was very much appreciated and gave awesome local recommendations. Easy check in - would love to stay again and highly recommend.
