¡Excelente experiencia en esta estancia! La ubicación es perfecta, muy cerca de todo lo que necesitábamos. El departamento es fabuloso, tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y relajante. La limpieza y el orden son impecables. Raziel, el propietario, es muy atento y amable. Nos mandó instrucciones claras para acceder al departamento y estuvo siempre disponible para cualquier pregunta o necesidad. Incluso nos dio recomendaciones de lugares para comer y visitar. La alberquita es un plus perfecto para relajarse después de un día de exploración. Todo estuvo muy bien. En resumen, me sentí como en mi propia casa. ¡Altamente recomendado! Si vuelvo a la ciudad, sin duda elegiría este departamento de nuevo ya está en mi top 1 de favoritos. 5 estrellas bien merecidas

Fué toda una experiencia. Israel estuvo muy atento y muy al pendiente de nuestra estancia durante 4 días donde nos hizo sentir justo en casa. El lugar está muy céntrico, cerca de restaurantes, del centro histórico y a unas cuadras del Paseo Montejo. Definitivamente llamaría este lugar una "Gema escondida" en el corazón de Mérida!

El anfitrión fue súper preciso con las indicaciones, dió recomendaciones locales y siempre se mantuvo al pendiente. El lugar es tal cual se ve en las fotos, las zonas comunes muy cómodas y agradables para tardear. Definitivamente volvería a este lugar!

Tuve la suerte de vivir en el apartamento de Esly y Darío durante varias semanas y puedo decirles que es un apartamento de calidad, en un barrio local con todas las tiendas necesarias cerca y restaurantes. Por eso, decidí renovar mi reserva, considerando tanto la calidad del apartamento como la atención de Darío y Esly. Es un apartamento acogedor y bien cuidado. Hay un patio privado al frente del apartamento, con una mesa exterior para relajarse. El internet es excelente, ideal para trabajar a distancia, y hay dos televisores, uno de ellos muy grande, con todas las plataformas de streaming disponibles. Darío y Esly tienen una atención de oro y están dispuestos a ayudar en lo que sea necesario. En resumen, tiene todo lo que necesitas. ¡Es el apartamento ideal para tus vacaciones en Mérida!

Berenice was the kindest, most thoughtful Host I’ve ever known. My mom is on oxygen and has trouble climbing stairs. Berenice’s unit had stairs. We still booked Berenice’s Airbnb, and she offered/stated that if my mom couldn’t handle going up and down the stairs that she would kindly reimburse our money back for the Airbnb. She also made sure that we had everything we needed. She said that if we need anything not to hesitate to let her know. She responded immediately to all inquiries. And if there was an issue fixed it immediately.

Julio and Yolanda were very quick to respond to any issues we had. They were very gracious hosts. They made improvements to the unit while we were there including improving water pressure and installing a new toilet. The kitchen has filtered water so we never had to buy water - this is a huge luxury we were very grateful for. There was a mandatory maid service for 450 pesos once a week. We really enjoyed the park right across the street the most with our dog and for my marathon training. It is 5.5km long one way. The neighborhood is very safe, peaceful and quiet. The only thing is there is an outdoor nightclub not far and we could hear the music on several nights per week. So bring earplugs. The kitchen was amazingly equipped. I love to cook and there was an air fryer and all the thoughtful essentials one might need like measuring cups etc. overall I have to say the hosts are just very thoughtful, conscientious and kind people. We were there for two months and it was a great stay!

Estuvo muy buena la estancia. La habitación contaba con camas cómodas y con suficiente espacio. Hubo un detallito con la limpieza del piso, pero fuera de eso todo estuvo excelente.

Excellent spot, it was quiet most of the time and had everything we needed. Its an excellent place to be at and move to different locations around Merida. The place needs work on the cleaning supplies, we had to buy Pinol and a mop as the available mop had a terrible odor and so did the floors.

We found the apartment very comfortable. The shower was great, bed was comfortable. My husband and I had some health issues to deal with while we were there and Kevin was very understanding. Would stay there again.

My 11 day stay was great! Apartment was clean and included everything you would need for a short or long stay. Felt safe as it’s located behind a gated property. Parking spaces available on property. Located just 4 blocks south of Plaza Grande without the noise; tranquil and quiet. Lots of food/grocery within walking distance including vegan and juice/smoothie options. Very close to San Juan park. The hosts are quick to respond and make sure you’re comfortable. I have found my place to stay while visiting Mérida.

We were comfortable with the arrangement and size of the rental. The king bed and bedroom was roomy enough and comfortable. The kitchen area with chairs and a sofa was fine for us. Small but adequate since we were gone for most of the day. We extended our stay to 2 weeks and we were satisfied with the privacy and security. Yamile was very attentive to any request that we made.
