The building is very clean and both the pool and the beach are worth it. The departmentamente spacious, sufficient rooms and good size, all with bathroom. It just didn't cool the main air. But everything was very good.

I stayed 3 days and 2 nights, everything was very good, there is an oxxo and the entrance to the beach is very accessible

If you’re looking for a quiet non touristy place, this is for you. Amazing views out to the marina. Loved watching all the different boats & yachts coming & going. We had the pool to ourselves as we were the only Gringos. Would have appreciated better lounging chairs at the poolside, they had seen better days. The beds & linens were fabulous. The kitchen was very functional for cooking with an assortment of cookware & dishes. There are no restaurants in the area, however a $5.00 Uber ride will get you into Progreso & the Malecon. We felt very safe discovering the local neighborhood. We would consider renting this unit again.

The place is cozy, quiet and clean. Across the street is the beach and you can walk very quietly through the area.

The place was perfect!!! The check-in and checkout instructions were clear and we were surprised as it exceeded our expectations!!! I definitely recommend the place and give it a 10/10

We had a great stay from start to finish! The place was very clean, exactly as shown in the photos. Communication with the host was quick, friendly and always willing to answer any questions we had. An excellent option to stay!!

The place has an incredible view of the sea, that was what we liked the most. The apartment has everything described, and the kitchen has many utensils too. The jacuzzi area is also very comfortable, just if you consider the very strong breeze there due to the orientation of the building. The elevator didn't work and the apartment is on the 6th floor, and likewise the rooftop pool was dirty, I think that's the administration because they are common areas but it was something that didn't convince us. Likewise, it had no door where the jacuzzi area connected to the rooftop pool (common area). They told us that the door broke the day before. However, if we had wanted to have more privacy in that area, everything else was amazing. Yes, we would go back.

My experience in this apartment was excellent. The place was spotless, well-equipped and perfectly located near all the main amenities and attractions. The decor is cozy and modern, which makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. In addition, the host's service was exceptional: always available for any questions and attentive to details to make sure my stay was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and quality. I hope to be back soon!
