Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Progreso

Erasmo is a Superhost who takes great pride in accommodating guest and makes you feel very welcome to stay at this AirBnB . Our stay felt like our own apartment with private entrance that you will have to go up stairs to enter. We visited Mexico during the hottest months of the year. There is air conditioning and your own Kitchen and private Bathroom area that was very nice. The shower water can be a bit tricky to regulate the temperature. The spacious backyard area and it’s décor is immaculate and serene with an areas to swim and a jacuzzi like pool to relax in and enjoy. I’m looking forward to coming back to this location in the future. Thank you Erasmo for being a Superhost.! Smiles!

Nice house, with kitchen / utensils, and kayaks for the beach. Quiet area, you can feel the privacy and enjoy the beach. They are always attentive and responsive to questions you may have... Good recommendations for tours and restaurants.

The house is just as shown in the photos, very beautiful and very comfortable for the whole family. The beach is really very private, you have to take into account wearing water shoes because it has a lot of shells The pool is very comfortable and the internet is as fast as mentioned in the description Monica was super nice, attentive and answered all questions It is definitely a very nice place if you want to spend quiet days with the family. It is 25 minutes from Progreso and a couple of kilometers away there are Oxxos

A wonderfully peaceful getaway! Can't believe we found such a place! Far from the hustle and bustle of most of the tourist areas, but easily accessible by car, Rodrigo's place was an oasis of calm. It is right on the beach, and you could walk for miles without seeing anyone else on the weekdays. It is a 2 story condo with the three well decorated bedrooms upstairs, along with their bathrooms. The master bedroom looks out right on the ocean. The downstairs is spacious and then has a lot of outdoor rooms too, as well as a beautifully maintained plunge pool. The bed was comfortable, AC's worked (though we often just used the fans), and the kitchen has lovely utensils, pans, and basic spices and necessities for cooking. We were very comfortable in Rodrigo's place - it was even better than advertised. We did need a bit of help on how to operate the door lock, and Rodrigo was able to clear it up for us with a phone call. Otherwise, everything worked perfectly!

It's really one of the best places I've stayed in, the sunset of the place doesn't do justice to the photos, it's wonderful! My family had an incredible time! The house is fully habitable has absolutely everything you need for your stay and the administrator was always super friendly and communicated frequently. Although there is a tenant in the back space, we never had any problem, we didn't really notice his presence. Dulce, thank you very much for this wonderful space, we will definitely return soon.

David’s home is located in a tranquil community, it offers a farm house feeling in a small village connected to the city. Getting to the area of cholul is not difficult and is easily connected to the main roads that lead to the north of the city, Alta Brisa and a 15-20 minute drive to Centro. It’s a home I definitely recommend having your own vehicle for. The area is safe a quiet with lots of nature and the interesting wildlife that comes with it. The home was clean and spacious for our family and a pleasant and nostalgic surprise for my Italian in-laws who experienced Mexico for the very first time during our stay in cholul. There a several little bakeries. Cozy restaurants and fruit stands within walking distance. We would be delighted to return to David’s place and recommend it to anyone who is looking for cozy home off the beaten path

It is a grate place for family vacation

We recommend Mario's place and would stay there again. Our three month stay was excellent. Mario is an excellent host and very responsive. Mario checked in with us on a regular basis. The Wifi is great. One highlight for us was the private balcony and the view of the ocean. You are steps from the ocean. You are within walking distance to Chicxulub with fresh markets and restaurants. The local bus/van can be taken to Progreso for 10 pesos each. Also Uber and Didi is inexpensive to use. The kitchen is well equipped for a long stay. Plenty of bath and beach towels as well a bath supplies. Plenty of hot water. Mario had left us coffee, spices etc to get us started. Thank you Mario for your hospitality.

The apartment is very nice and very comfortable, it has a spectacular view. It's practically new, everything is spotless. The walk down to the divine beach, the quiet beach full of shells and snails. The only detail is that on the beach there is no place to sit, I suggest you take your beach chairs to be more comfortable. In general, everything was very good!

very clean, quiet and comfortable

Karla’s place is nice. We stayed there for 1 month. Things we liked, a comfortable bed, a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, top floor sea view, being right on the beach. Things we weren’t as crazy about, the stairs. I know that it’s made clear in the description that there are stairs. As 2 people in the late 60’s, the stairs became more of an issue for us as time went on. Just saying, take it seriously if you’re older. There are multiple routes in the sand from the main road to the condo. Be familiar with them, so that when it rains, you can pick a route that’s not flooded. The wind was good and bad. At times, it was nice and constant and most of the time was our “A/C”. Other times you had to be careful opening the door so nothing got knocked over. From the condo we drove to Uxmal and Kabah as well as Chichen Itzá. Also went to Tekit. All easy drives. Like I said, overall we had a good time.

It is my second visit, again we have been very comfortable, the apartment is very nice, with everything you need and more, the area is very quiet for those looking to relax and of course the spectacular view. Michael is always very attentive to our questions and needs. As always widely recommended!

Great spot right next to the ocean and block away from the malecon. We had a great time staying here. Algo Bueno is an amazing seafood restaurant just a few blocks away.

The place is very nice, it has all the amenities to make you feel at home; the view it offers is spectacular, the sea is delightful and calm, and there are small towns very close to the place where you can go for a walk The place 10/10

This place is AMAZING! Our family loved the nature and the pool, it’s gorgeous and relaxing but still not far from Merida (20 minute drive). Luis was very responsive and gave us lots of great recommendations, and went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed. The maintenance guy was also very friendly and helpful. This stay is unreservedly recommended!

The perfect place to disconnect from the routine and spend a few quiet days connected to nature. Addy is super attentive and putting us available to anything you need to have fun to enjoy. We'd love to be able to come back another time.

A place to happily isolate. Very cool rooms even in the hot season. Accepting our dog was the main criterion.

It helped us and fixed the problems we got to have during our place, it was quite friendly, the cabin was very nice and let us choose between ground floor and first floor, the place of stay is very nice I recommend it quite a bit, there was hot water and gas to be able to cook.
