Fabulous! Michele’s apartment is perfect!! Walking distance to Forio, 5 mins walk for a small supermarket and local restaurants, 2 mins from small beach (via private walkway) and beach restaurant/bar and stunning views and sunsets. He couldn’t have been more helpful … somehow I’d mis-booked the dates and we arrived a day early but this was no problem for our host who sorted everything out very quickly. Lots of recommendations including sending us a taxi contact to book to take us from ferry to apartment, a contact for scooter hire, suggestions for a local gym for my son … When the weather got hotter he quickly offered us fans that made the air con even more effective. So helpful, nothing was a problem! Definitely recommend!!

Dario was an excellent host and the apartment was cozy and great for a 5-day stay. Avvocata is an amazing neighborhood (if you don't mind climbing walking uphill or downhill in Naples), full of history and close to parks, museums, metro stations and Pignasecca market.

One of the best Airbnb experiences in 11 years. Beautiful house with a mind-blowing view of the sea and the mountain. The host met us and helped us carry our stuff from the bus stop in his car. He was always friendly and quick to respond. The house has everything you need. The house is a little further away from the general busyness but not so far away that it was a problem - perfect. In any case, it is better to have a car or scooter to get around the island easily. Next time in Ischia, we would be happy to stay here again.

Our hosts were so helpful. The day we arrived was a big celebration in Naples and many roads were closed. We were forewarned by our hosts who offered us so much helpful advice on how to navigate our way in to the city and went out of their way to greet us when we arrived. This is a lovely, relatively quiet part of Naples to stay in. A short walk up the road takes you to a spectacular view of the Bay of Naples. A great, central spot.

We were completely satisfied and there was everything you needed. By bus, you were in the city center in 35 minutes and within walking distance there was a great bakery with mega prices and delicious food. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. And I would book the AirBnB again.

Yuri was extremely helpful and went above and beyond, carried our bags for us, brought us a case of water, and was so sweet to us. The place was so peaceful and beautiful, the sunsets were insane. And very private. There is so much to do around the area, the food is the best we’ve ever had. The culture and history is beyond what we thought, we truly felt like family. We cannot wait to come back to ischia and we def want to come back to this airbnb. So grateful we got to experience it all.

Fantastic place to stay, beautiful house, perfectly clean and well equipped with a bathroom for each bedroom. The location is stunning and has amazing views. Roberta and Carlo are extremely friendly, kind and generous hosts, always responsive when needed. The terrace is a lovely place to eat and relax, and the house is walking distance to restaurants, bars and beaches. There’s a supermarket and bakery very close by. There’s also a tortoise in the garden. All in all it’s great value for the location, and exceeded expectations. Five stars all round!

A most relaxing and peaceful stay at Marks in Capri! We were given really good restaurant recommendations which we were able to try 4, and loved them all. An easy location to walk to town and catch a taxi or a bus. Saw much more of Capri on this visit due to our convenient and quiet location with a stunning view of the ocean and the gulls. We're in love with "To Ischia With Love Villa" & Ischia! Mayra is a gem, she was very attentive and generous with her knowledge & time. She made dinner reservations for us, arranged our rental car/taxi's. She made our stay in Ischia absolutely fabulous. The property is outstanding and beautiful, the views are just stunning. The villa is clean-fresh linens, perfectly maintained. Private patio. We didn't have any issues. Mayra is on site and just a phone text away to help you. Our experience left us with the feeling that we will return. We did the breakfast every morning that she will provide, if you request.. Italian pastries & freshly prepared savory table, breads, fruits, jams & local delights. She had picked oranges from her garden trees to make us fresh orange juice!! Her mother Alessandra makes the most delicious cakes. Heaven! Not only just a place to stay, it's an experience. Thank you Mayra & Alessandra for being the most gracious hosts, your hospitality was incredible.

You won't believe this place until you get there, it is so airy and lovely. The air smelled divine due to her gardens, not kidding. You do have to get used to the driving with narrow roads, but you will. We loved the pool and Linda herself was just fantastic. She was so thoughtful and even provided fresh fruit and expresso!

Incredible stay! However, be warned, you must be prepared to travel via taxi or have your own car! I unknowingly booked without realizing how inaccessible by foot / public transport this location is. But that was on me. About 30 min car ride to Naples. The space on the other hand is quite large, lovely, homey and romantic. The host is INCREDIBLE! One of the nicest people I’ve ever met. She offered to drive us to a pizza spot after our late check in, knowing that some of us were hungry. She even set up a taxi to pick us up from the airport, since she knows we don’t speak the language. Went above and beyond and felt so welcomed. All in all, great stay, phenomenal host, and romantic scenery.

This is a lovely Italian villa with amazing outdoor space, fantastic views and a very nice private pool. The location is great, but it is about a 10 minute walk, much of it uphill, to get to the center of Capri. It was fine for us, but could be a challenge for anybody with mobility issues. Marco, the local property manager, was great - easy to reach and very respsonsive - we had one minor issue with one of the bathrooms, which he addressed promptly, and he also helped us arrange luggage transport for our departure. We had a fantastic stay and would recommend to anyone.

Giovangiuseppe was very kind and helpful. The house was spotless and beautiful. It also has an amazing view. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We had such a nice time! Isbella who helped take care of the house was such a kind host. She met us right when we arrived and also cooked a beautiful dinner. We also very much enjoyed the pool area. Would recommend! thank you for a wonderful time in Capri!

We had a wonderful stay in Ischia. The property was very unique and had amazing views. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. The pool was so refreshing after exploring all day. Prices on the island are very reasonable and I would suggest adding to your itinerary.

This place is so wonderful I almost don’t want to tell you about it in case it’s always booked up! It is a beautiful location with a view of the sea, and walking distance to Forio. We found beautiful beaches and restaurants in Forio. Suggest hiring a car to see the rest of the island. The house has lots of space and the small fish pond was a huge hit with my kids. A great place for a group holiday or large family.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was very clean, quiet and comfortable and we would not hesitate to book again. Gianpiero was always contactable and quick to respond to any queries. Filippo and Simona were absolutely lovely! Their apartment was really large and comfortable. The location was private and secure and within a stone’s throw of the water. We spent two evenings on the harbor watching boats come and go with Mt. Vesuvius as the backdrop! It was remarkable! Thank you to our hosts — they were awesome and so was the apartment!

Marinas place was absolutely fabulous. It’s a beautiful authentic Italian villa next to a beautiful beach with clear water. The nature of the location is hilly but it’s an old fishing village so this is part of the charm. No cars in the place. We couldn’t have had a nicer few days. The whole family loved it. It was spotless and communication was excellent. It felt like a real home it had everything to cook etc. thank you Marina!

This was our favorite property in during our 3 week tour in Italy. Gianluigi is extremely helpful and friendly. Waited patiently for us to meet us at the property. The property was spacious and clean, and we were provided with fresh fruit, vegetables, food for dinner (homemade tomato sauce!), and eggs and bread for breakfast (plus other items). We were blown away by it all. The location is quiet and beautiful. Highly recommended!!!

Umberto’s beach house is a little place of heaven. We did only spend a few nights & days, but were just amazed by the charming house, the fact you just go down a few stairs and can go on the beach or swim in the sea. The terrace and garden give you the possibility to relax and eat on the patio enjoying beautiful sunsets. It’s the place to be for a romantic retreat but also fantastic with children. I’m sure we get back there and thank Umberto for his kindness and hospitality. Arrivederci!
