Vacation rentals with breakfast in Procida

Gianluca was the perfect host, gave us a lot of tips and snacks. the apartment is spacious and nice. Only throwback is that you share the terrace with another apartment 😌would stay again!

I enjoyed my stay at Arianna's. The studio is a nice little nest located in the garden. It's a separate building with beautiful terrace (sunny in the morning), so you have enough privacy. Very nice contact with Arianna and her family! The Vomero neighborhood is very nice, easy access to the city center and at the same time much quieter and on the heights... The only minor point is that there is a slight smell of damp (building a little outdated), but for a short stay it's ok, and I'll go back!

Casa Giulia is a real gem; it has a great location, a wonderful host and fantastic provision. In fact, it is the best Air BnB that we have stayed in for its thoughtful provision of everything you could need: from breakfast items, toiletries and phone chargers. The Casa's location is walking distance for both the 101 bus service and the Metro line to Naples and the charming centre of Pozzuoli is close by. Luana is a communicative and responsive host; she resolved an unforeseen problem with the accommodation quickly and effectively. We would recommend staying here and look forward to staying with Luana, another time in the future!

Our stay at this brand-new house in Sant’Angelo was fantastic! The house is spacious, well-equipped, fully air conditioned and a few steps away from the beach, shops and restaurants. The fridge was stocked with drinks and snacks. Despite the lack of a view from the windows, the comfort and amenities more than made up for it. Our hosts Nello and Valentina were incredibly friendly and attentive. Highly recommended for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

The accommodation is located near the port, a very strategic location to visit the whole island. We spoke to Carlo, an extremely kind, helpful and hospitable person, very proactive in communications. She gave us very useful directions to visit Procida. Recommended!

What a sublime place!!! We had house 4, corresponding to the information given on the site. We spent 2 exceptional days on the island of Ischia, with Paolo who was of great help to us, always very responsive. The setting is absolutely sumptuous, having breakfast or an aperitif on the terrace facing the sea was simply magical. And near the harbor (less than 10 minutes). Thank you Paolo for letting us discover a place as magical as the view offered by your home :)

Highly recommended! The apartment is clean, equipped with the necessary things, a nice surprise at the welcome - prosecco, breakfast included in the price in a very charming cafe, ideal location, quiet area, very good contact with the owner:) We think we will return there:)

Beautiful structure, clean and well cared for. It also has a common terrace, which offers a beautiful view of the sea. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be back.

Sabrina was an extremely fantastic host, the place was great and extremely clean, the location is very nice and quiet, given it's a 6th floor. Overall, one of the best AirBnB experiences I have had!

Marisa's had a nice stay at Marisa's. The accommodation is clean and friendly. Due to our late arrival in the evening, we enjoyed the water, orange juice and breakfast provided. Convenient accommodation for families with two bathrooms. Finally, we liked the location 5 minutes from the metro. We recommend Marisa's apartment.

Carmine's place was very, very recommendable, the communication was smooth and the check-in went smoothly, her mom, Margaret, hosted us and prepared us with plenty of food and drinks, staying here is like going to a friend's house to be a guest, all you can think of for you.Parking is spacious, safe, and well connected with public transportation, few minutes walk to the bus stop and subway station.We stayed for four nights and left a great impression and would definitely choose here again in the future.

I highly recommend the place. Stefano greeted us in the apartment with a glass of vermouth and some chips waiting for us on the terrace. The view is great, you can see part of Naples and Vesuvio from the terrace. Stefano is a really nice guy, he shared a lot of insights about Naples and answered all our questions. A nice suprise as well, the fridge was stocked with some beer, a local wine as well as sweets, jams, juice etc. The apartment is fully equipped and one can feel there just like at home.

Laura is a very good host, her apartment is very nice and she is very careful and with everything you need. I helped us with what we needed without problems. Thank you laura, we'll be back!

We enjoyed staying in this very comfortable apartment. Right from our first step inside we felt at home. Marcello has gone above and beyond to think of everything to make your experience delightful. Coffee, tea, milk, juice, cereals, pastry's... so many things to have a leisurely breakfast before venturing out for the day! The furnishings are not only comfortable but tastefully arranged. The bed was super comfortable as well. Extra linens were provided. The location of the apartment was very walkable to many restaurants and shops as well as the marina area. We also caught the train to other towns. The road the apartment is located on is busy and can get a little noisy. The only negative would be if you are sensitivit to smells. The building is old (lots of great character!) so it has a musty smell. Small price for a great accommodation.

Francesco’s apartment is a perfect base for a short stay in Naples. The apartment was clean (prepared by Francescos Mum), comfortable, very spacious and in a great neighbourhood. Francesco was a great host throughout our stay, providing useful information and great local tips. Check-In was very smooth despite our very late arrival (thanks to Francesco’s Dad) and check out straight forward. Francesco was even kind enough to arrange for our luggage to be stored after check out and for a fixed price taxi back to the airport . I highly recommend his Chaiai apartment, and we’d have no hesitation to book again for our next visit. Thank you, Francesco

We stayed here for 2 days in February 2025 after 12 days in Annamaria’s casetta located on the same (very large) property, when we had an unexpected hiccup with our return flight. I cannot recommend Vomero enough as a location for a longer stay in the city and the B&B’s location within the neighbourhood is perfect, combining tranquility, views and easy proximity to shops and transport via funicular and metro. The room itself is very comfortable, on a separate level to the hosts’ own living area, and includes access to a generously-sized living room. Annamaria and Nicola are warm and gracious hosts in a city of many warm and cheerful folks. We would definitely stay again on the property.

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandra’s place! The b&b was a nice touch as they had great amenities in the room and service that cleaned your room everyday. Alessandra was very responsive and so kind to help us set up a rental car for the day which made our trip even better than it already was! The location is perfect for all the downtown shopping and restaurants and a quick walk to the water. I would highly recommend this place!

Felt right at home staying in Marisa’s home. Spotless, great bedding, firm mattress takes getting used to, great breakfast choices served with style on the patio with an unbeatable view of the harbor! Marisa gave great advice on where to find good food and activities of my preference as well as the best order via bus. Sharing her bathroom was a delight. It was always available and clean and one step from my door. A good thing to know is try to remember that the alley to the house is just behind the Terra cotta police service building. It really is only a few steps from the harbor. My favorite excursion was taking a water taxi from Sant Angelo to the hot water beach for 7Euros each way . Marisa also advised which thermal spa was closest and half the cost. I spent 5 nights. Thank you for a wonderful experience! Caio!

If there’s a paradise on Earth, Paolo’s place comes very close. The house is spacious, peaceful, and surrounded by a dreamy garden — with views that stretch from the mountains to the sea. Every evening, the sunsets felt almost cinematic. 😇 But what made this stay unforgettable wasn’t just the landscape, it was the people. Staying here I felt like living in a community, even a family. Paolo and everyone in his family are easygoing, kind, and full of heart. As a solo traveler, I felt completely at ease and genuinely welcomed. I ended up making new friends including Paolo’s lovely family. His mom shared stories with me that made the experience even more special and made the place feel like home. If you’re a solo traveler, I couldn’t recommend Paolo’s place more. It’s a rare kind of environment that lets you rest, connect, and feel like you belong. Paolo and his home easily are one of the reasons I want to come back to Ischia💖 p/s: you got to check out the Poseidon spa

My stay at this Airbnb was truly perfect, an exceptional experience in every way. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The room itself offered one of the most beautiful panoramas I have ever seen in my life: a breathtaking view that amazed me every morning. The setting is splendid, the pool is very clean, the breakfast is hearty and the whole place offers the comforts necessary for a memorable stay. The location is also ideal: everything is nearby, which is very convenient. Two buses pass by very regularly, making it easy to access the city center and the port in no time. Thanks to these efficient transport lines, I was able to easily explore the area and fully enjoy my stay. The place is a peaceful oasis, perfect for unwinding. I can only warmly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet and memorable getaway. Enchanting interlude.

So grateful for our stay with Mariano! He was so helpful getting acclimated with the area and his breakfast is delicious! The view is stunning and the grounds are so peaceful. There are lots of great restaurants in the area in a short walk but keep in mind there are hills and lots of stairs. Highly recommend Villa Antica for an authentic Italian holiday!
