Vacation rentals with beach access in Procida

The home itself and the view from the terrace are phenomenal, but the experience is truly heightened by Giuseppe, who took us from the port of Ischia on check-in day and back to the port on check-out day, and was also helpful with tips and recommendations for the area. The location itself is a bit isolated from a lot of what the island has to offer, but the bus service is nice, and we were looking for something secluded and quiet, so for us this worked quite well.

Giuseppe and Valentina are very helpful and provided us with very accurate information to access the accommodation. Everything was lovely and clean. A cute little terrace to eat...

We had a wonderful time on Ischia with Giovanna. The location of the accommodation was ideal, the apartment tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, sparkling clean (!!) and everything worked perfectly. Everything corresponded exactly to the description – there were no surprises. Giovanna contacted us in advance on her own initiative and was also very flexible with early check-in. She was super warm and had some great tips for our stay. After the first night, something was painted in front of our apartment, which unfortunately led to my wife – who is pregnant – feeling sick from the smell. Giovanna responded immediately and we were able to resolve the issue quickly. Really great support! We will be happy to come back. Thank you, Giovanna!

This was the most beautiful Airbnb I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying in. The pictures on the listing beautiful but they don’t do the view justice. It is breathtaking once you see it in person. Perfect location - a few stairwells up in the building but it was a central location very close to everything. Quick 20 minute walk to Porto and a 5 minute walk to the Castle. Many shops & restaurants around. The place was spotless & clean! Gabriella was extremely responsiveness and arranged ferry & transport for us as well. She was thoughtful and gave great recommendations and was available for any questions we asked. I would recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in a little slice of paradise while on Ischia

We have a stay with our two children and Davide's house lends itself perfectly to a family. Not only because it's spacious and comfortable to have separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, but also for the perfect location and great view. The beach was the garden of the house, quiet area and without cars, children can go down to play on the beach on their own and the large kitchen window has always had the opportunity to watch. A few meters away there are many bars and restaurants of excellent quality. Davide is a very kind and helpful host. Highly recommended house, we will definitely be back!

This listing and host are absolutely wonderful. We stayed here for 4 days and loved every single one. We spent plenty of time exploring the island, but were always glad to come back to the peaceful retreat that is this condo. If you are considering renting here, do it! But definitely consider renting a car (we did) otherwise you are reliant on the bus system since the condo is removed from the main part of the town. Thank you MariaRosaria for a great stay!

The location of this spacious apartment with great views of the harbor from the unspeakable Chiaiolella is unique. Terrace with large table, umbrella - dining room whenit rains - bathroom and three spacious bedrooms,with double beds and not to forget also a living room with TV - an apartment for a family - it also exudes this flair. People lived here, children grew up here. Everything functional, sparkling clean. Highly recommend as a starting point for excursions on the island and the surrounding islands. Hikes a little difficult, as all paths lead along the highway (very narrow).

We searched through lots of accommodation and this immediately stood out. The location is magical. The amenities, we like to have the option to shop locally and cook, to have an outside kitchen was just the best! A good looking apartment making great use of space. Opening the gate on entry, walking down steps carved out of the rock, turning a corner and finding yourself looking out to sea and the colourful facade is unforgettable. We never tired of it. We felt honoured to be living amongst it, unfortunately not for long enough.

I loved my stay at Margherita’s House! Procida is a beautiful island, and the house is the perfect place to relax. I spent a month on Procida and had the fortune of hosting friends, as well as my mother and my aunt, during my time at Margherita’s House — everybody fell in love with the island and the house, as I did. Marco is also a fantastic host (incredibly kind, responsive, and pro-active), and if I ever return to Procida, I already know where I’ll be staying :)

The place was very clean, new, and everything needed for cooking was available. :) Clean nice towels in the bathroom.

Viviana's house was an absolute dream. Set on a beautiful little beach, very close to the old town, and perfectly situated for exploring the island, the cottage is also very well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. We were there for nearly a week, and loved every moment. Viviana was extremely helpful and kind, and even left us some apples and beer -- very handy when we arrived too late to buy groceries. I cannot recommened this place highly enough, and would go back in a heartbeat.

Stayed very well. Maria's explanations were very clear. The apartment is located right next to the bus stop. Very easy to get to. The little harbor next door is very cute!

THANK YOU ANNA! Sant’Angelo is a lovely location, a little village on its own within Ischia Island. There is a small but authentic fishing fleet, but be warned - this is definitely a summer town only. We were a bit shocked the first afternoon we moved in - not a shop or cafe open! Fortunately Anna had been soooo generous- there was a bottle of Prosecco, eggs, strawberries, tomatoes, homemade jam, fruit, juices, coffee, milk, different types of bread, butter plus a cupboard full of condiments and sauces - so we did not starve. Over the next couple of days the village gradually opened up, to the extent we found it hard to leave this area (also serviced very well by taxis and the local bus). Anna’s home is a delight - it looks as if everything is brand new. There are sooo many windows and a lovely balcony, and views from every window. It’s very close to everything in Sant’Angelo. The home is very thoughtfully prepared - umbrellas, a sun awning, spare everything. Recommend!!!!

Lovely apartment in a quiet location, five minutes from Mergellina railway station. Everything as described by Armando who is an excellent host. Great seafront walk (Lungomare) with lots of restaurants. Perfect place for a stay in Naples!

The location was fantastic. A very short walk to the iconic, beautiful island castle. Many wonderful restaurants in the area. Our favorite spot in Italy. We stayed an extra day because we were so happy with the spot and we Loved the Island. Gio was wonderful, very responsive with perfect recommendations. In a word, ischia, Gio and her B and B was delightful!!

We had a lovely stay with Stani who is a wonderful host! The accommodation is clean and well-equipped. The village of Forio is probably one of the most beautiful on the island and the apartment with buses nearby is ideal. We are very grateful for Stani's little touches, thank you again!

We've been booking homes on Airbnb for years. We've always been happy, but Cristina's house is close to perfection. In addition to the very convenient location, the cleanliness and its availability, we have never found such a complete house... there is everything you would have in your home. Comfort, warmth and good taste. Exceptional

The outdoor space and the view over the bay are really fantastic and worth a booking. The location is easy to find, but difficult to drive by steep entrance right next to the bend at busy road. No place to frequently drive in and out during your stay. So do your shopping in advance. Furthermore, excellent public transport is within walking distance. Within sufficient facilities but a bit dated. Lovely king size bed. Marco is very accommodating and friendly.

I spent the weekend in Procida to photograph the procession of mysteries. I chose Leonardo’s place because it it looked very nice and was well situated. I wasn’t disappointed at all! The place is awesome. Very comfy with a nice bedroom, a pretty cool bathroom and kitchen. I really enjoyed the terrace with the view on the harbour. Leonardo is very cool. He waited for me at the terrace so I would immediately see where to go. Communication was always swift and friendly. I will definitely go back! A+++++
