Vacation rentals with beach access in Procida

Gorgeous / dreamy apartment which feels like it should be in a modern home magazine. We loved the area, great restaurants nearby, Forio port is closer to arrive by boat then Ischia port and once there its only a 25 min walk. There are some famous botanical gardens 10 mins walking from the flat and go first thing in the morning to avoid the crowds. Negombo thermal spa is also a short taxi drive and really special. Spend the whole day there. Great restaurants, massages and pools. We had an amazing holiday on this little gem of an island. Will definitely be back

Great stay! Delicious restaurant downstairs and walkable - scenic by the water. We didn’t realize the entry to the apartment was a communal area so we left without locking our room at one point but barbara quickly clarified for us. She was super responsive and helpful. Only downside was how loud it was at night.

We have had a wonderful time in Procida, in a perfect area, at the same time easy to access from the main port while being more remote, so quiet, with a nice beach at walking distance, a wonderful view on the little harbor and excellent bars / terrasses nearby for aperitivi with a sunset view. Highly recommended!

This is a wonderful apartment. It has the most fantastic views over the Bay of Naples - several of the balconies have the amazing views over the sea. It’s in Posillipo which is a great neighbourhood with a bakery next door and KE Bar in the square is really welcoming and good value and two Gelateria a minutes walk away . Pat has a colleague Clemy who was really helpful in organising taxis and recommending places. We wanted to see Picinisco in the Abruzzo National Park and the only way is by car from Cassino. She was able to find a driver and it went really smoothly. Everything from the showers to the washing machine and TV work perfectly. Both Pat and Clemy were very responsive - and nothing was ever too much trouble. I highly recommend- and miss it already!

Great view, comfy beds Easy to walk to restaurants and shopping

We immediately felt welcomed. Kikko is a sunny person, helpful and very fair. Your place is as pictured, also very clean and tidy. From Kikko's house you can reach in a few minutes the most beautiful beaches (Sorgeto, Baia della Pelara, Baia di Citara and Sant 'Angelo) but also places to visit such as the Giardini Ravino, Poseidon and the Gardens of Mortella. In short, a place I definitely recommend just to get to know Kikko: his tips for where to eat and where to go were excellent. I recommend renting a scooter and Kikko will give you the contacts.

What a special place!! Historical building and a view that’s out of this world. The sound of the ocean with the amazing view of Castello Aragonese is just a surreal experience. Gabry is extremely helpful - she waited for us for the check-in and check-out, gave us all the tips on where to park, where to eat, where to visit, and even sent us sweet treats for breakfast. Thank you for everything.

Such a wonderful stay! It was so peaceful and quiet - just beautiful! Emma was amazing from start to finish with communicating and recommending local spots. Would 10/10 recommend to anyone coming to Napoli and wanting to stay outside of the city center :) Thanks again!

Fabulous! Michele’s apartment is perfect!! Walking distance to Forio, 5 mins walk for a small supermarket and local restaurants, 2 mins from small beach (via private walkway) and beach restaurant/bar and stunning views and sunsets. He couldn’t have been more helpful … somehow I’d mis-booked the dates and we arrived a day early but this was no problem for our host who sorted everything out very quickly. Lots of recommendations including sending us a taxi contact to book to take us from ferry to apartment, a contact for scooter hire, suggestions for a local gym for my son … When the weather got hotter he quickly offered us fans that made the air con even more effective. So helpful, nothing was a problem! Definitely recommend!!

Great apartment in a perfect location! Right on the harbor with views, and just steps from a large selection of restaurants serving excellent food. The apartment is very comfortable and well-equipped with all the modern conveniences, including recently updated, bathrooms. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, and check-in/check-out were seamless. Highly recommended!

One of the best Airbnb experiences in 11 years. Beautiful house with a mind-blowing view of the sea and the mountain. The host met us and helped us carry our stuff from the bus stop in his car. He was always friendly and quick to respond. The house has everything you need. The house is a little further away from the general busyness but not so far away that it was a problem - perfect. In any case, it is better to have a car or scooter to get around the island easily. Next time in Ischia, we would be happy to stay here again.

I've stayed in many Airbnb's with my family and Giorgio's home in Casamicciola was my favorite. The views and location are amazing, you will never get tired of that view! The town is very accessible and there's plenty to see nearby or by public transport/taxi. The home is quite spacious, 3 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect for those families/groups wanting their own separate space. Giorgio is very responsive and accommodating, the perfect host!

This place is great, but the real gem is Massimiliano and family. The whole family went out of their way to make everything easier (Naples (even little Bacoli) is not easy), going out of their way to walk us somewhere instead of trying to describe directions. They gave us a personal welcome when we arrived, stopped to talk with us if they saw us in town, spent time getting to know us, and came out to say goodbye when we left. If we had a question, I could text Massimiliano but usually one of his parents were out in town and saw us wandering and helped personally!! SO friendly and vital for a great Bacoli experience. We would have been metaphorically and literally lost without this family and they were so nice about helping! If you want authentic Italian hospitality, this is for you. If you want standard American hotel type accommodations... probably you wouldn't be on Airbnb anyway... but at least note that this one is the whole package and *worth it*!

The apartment is quietly located at the other end of the island. You are away from the tourist masses but quickly back in the middle of the action if you want it. The L1 bus line runs all day, the stop is just a few meters from the house. Tickets are available on the bus for €2.20 or directly at the port for €1.70, where there are also tickets for the ferries. We traveled with a child and had to familiarize ourselves with the conditions and times. For example, pizza is only available in the evening. Otherwise, the apartment is worth every penny. No luxury but everything your heart desires. We were there for 6 nights. I can only recommend it and would come back

We absolutely loved our stay here at Anna's house - we didn't want to leave!! The balcony provides a great view of the port below, a great breakfast spot, read a book or have an evening cocktail overlooking the water. The bedrooms are spacious, the house was very clean, and everything is in order. Sant Angelo was the highlight of our week on Ischia. Anna is the sweetest host, she is so friendly and kind. She left us marmalade she made from her fruit tree, and she was so helpful with local recommendations. We are already talking about coming back next summer, we had such a relaxing and enjoyable time.

Lidia’s house is beautiful, really spacious and cool with stunning views over the bay. There are lots of places to hang out in the garden and it was really well equipped for cooking and serving meals on the terrace. It felt like a proper home and not an anonymous airbnb which so many feel like today. We will definitely return to stay.

Great location for exploring Naples and the wider area. We went to Capri (Ferry). Pompeii and Mt Vesuvius (metro & train) during our 4 night stay and all easily accessible. The apartment has a wonderful terrace where we ate breakfast & chilled at night. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. I highly recommend this apartment.

We has a fantastic week at Marina's apartment. The apartment is in a very authentic location and there are many interesting things to do locally. The apartment is on the top floor and so has fantastic views across Naples. We sat for hours on the balcony watching the city. We walked up Mount Vesuvius, visited Pompeii and Herculaneum. Visited Capri on the Hydrofoil and climbed to Villa Floridiana. The apartment was homely and kitted out well. The bedrooms big and bathrooms good. The kitchen has everything for cooking a meal. Marina was extremely helpful and responsive. I broke a cup and offered to pay but she said to forget it. She recommended a great restaurant locally then checked later to see if we had enjoyed it. Naples is a very big and chaotic city but packed with history, culture and friendly people. We felt safe. You decide if you what a touristy island like Capri or a real experience in the City. We would recommend Marina's place.

We had a very pleasant stay at Martine’s place. The AC worked well, it was spacious and clean. The AC is only in the living room rather than in the bedroom too but the cool air circulated well and we were very comfortable. We were only in Naples for one night and it was a great location for us to walk around the city. Thank you Martine.

Filippo and Simona were absolutely lovely! Their apartment was really large and comfortable. The location was private and secure and within a stone’s throw of the water. We spent two evenings on the harbor watching boats come and go with Mt. Vesuvius as the backdrop! It was remarkable! Thank you to our hosts — they were awesome and so was the apartment!

The apartment is even more beautiful than photos/description, with gorgeous views of the sea from balcony & kitchen. Filomena gave extensive instructions & great advice for restaurants and activities around the island. Flexible & helpful for checking in, arranged for taxi from ferry port. Also supplies ebike as well, very convenient. Looking forward to return - recommend wholeheartedly!

It’s hard to find somewhere more ideal to stay for a seaside holiday on an island . Michele ( and Rosa’s) place if in the perfect location, a stones throw from the beach, bars and restaurants and the water taxis to drop you off at unique locations for exploring and eating . The apartment has everything you need inviting a sweet balcony looking straight out to the sea, to sit for a morning coffee or aperitif in the evening before heating out for dinner. Sant’Angelo is a beautiful place to visit on the island . Best of all, Rosabell is a highly responsive host with a wonderful personal touch. I’ve been travelling a lot in the past month and have been missing contact with locals due to digital check-ins. Rosa gave us brilliant insights and tips and generally made our trip a Ischia a pleasure.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! With a view of the gorgeous sea directly in front of you when you wake up in the morning and go to sleep at night, this place is simply wonderful. Dennis is an ideal host: helpful, communicative, and informative. Sant’ Angelo is walkable with no cars, and the apartment offers a beautiful perch to appreciate the town. Lovely restaurants are right outside the door, and there is plenty to do, including relax.
