In a stone house (that of my ancestors), whose foundations are from the 13th century. I have just completed the complete renovation. The rental allows me to finance the rest. My place is close to the Ardèche River. You will appreciate it for the view, decoration and pebble alleys. In the summer, I prefer week-long stays from Saturday to Saturday.

Close to the Hyper center, two minutes walk from the Palais des congrés Jacques Chirac and the Pathé cinemas. 10 minute walk to Valencia Ville train station. It is located on the second floor of a small, very quiet condominium that has only three floors. Can't be rented to host a night out. No smoking in the apartment.

Nice modern apartment in an old stone farmhouse. In the middle of apricot trees you will just have to leave the apartment for a stroll in the orchards. You will find two bedrooms , cooking essentials and an air-conditioned apartment. Plancha, Trampoline and soccer field for the kids. In just a few minutes (bike or car) you can engage in many activities : Bicycle trails, Swimming, Hitchhiking... We would not hesitate to share our good plans:)
