This location was great, the host was amazing very communicative. When I first arrived I was lost due to the address being wrong however the host called me right away and gave me the correct instructions upon entry into the home. The area is a tad bit underdeveloped… but overall the experience was good. The Airbnb was up to date and nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Kathy was very on point with the responses. Jorge was on site for anything you needed. Really nice guy he took us back and forth for Baja beach fest. Would really go back again and stay here for another occasion. There was some ants in the restroom but other than everything else was clean

We had a great time at Joseph's place, it had everything we needed, it's safe, quiet and has a beautiful view from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again. To be honest I was hesitant to book after seeing some of the reviews, about construction next door, security guards and that the beds are hard, but from our experience guards were friendly and yes, the beds are hard and the pillows might need to be replaced, but it was nothing we couldn’t get used to. Our only recommendation would be to remove some of the clothing items on the main closet, for guests to use the space.

Juan was an amazing host. He check on us before and after the trip making sure we had what we needed. He gave clear instructions on entering the building. It was so close to the beach and very private and peaceful. I definitely recommend this if you are planning to attend papas and beer! Thank you Juan!

We love staying at Mayanin's lovely home in Punta Azul. The roof deck was especially lovely. Accommodations were very nice, big showers. Could accommodate 2 couples very nicely. Great place for dogs! Punta Azul is a growing private community that I highly recommend if you want some privacy, serenity and safety that Punta Azul offers.

This property is huge and has beautiful gardens. There are so many places to sit and read or enjoy a meal. The oil was very clean and we really enjoyed the hot tub. The house is very colorful and unique. It was a fun place to stay and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming.

The place was really nice, modern, safe and very clean. Just as described, easy check in and the property has security on site which made it feel extra safe. Easy access to the beach and pool areas. The apartment itself, was really nice and modern, everything was really clean. Lots of extra blankets and lots of towels. Leslie is very responsive, which was great. No complaints, would book again. Mona was an amazing amazing host! She is incredibly nice and responds almost immediately! She is VERY clear with instructions and even then, is extremely helpful in guiding you to the right person or navigating your questions/concerns. Her condo is insanely beautiful, and even though it’s in a secluded area, the guards make you feel very protected. I would recommend her airbnb over and over again and would love to stay here again! Will definitely be back if I have the opportunity to! Thank you once again! ❤️

Carlos’ place was amazing. Nice two bedroom apartment in a quiet and safe complex. We were able to bring our 2 small dogs so that was a plus! Carlos as a host was amazing as well, very nice and responsive. Would definitely come back!

Yuri responded to any questions we had in quick turn around. He speaks both Spanish and English. The Condo was just like the pictures with a gorgeous view. We can’t wait to rent it again.

Nice host, nice place—clean, comfy beds, and reliable Wi‑Fi. Kitchen cabinets have no handles (quirky touch!), but everything else was cozy. Would stay again.
