The lovingly furnished annex extends over 2 floors and is a self-contained part of an old, ecologically renovated house with its own terrace and garden. Kleinzerlang is a peninsula in the immediate vicinity of the lake and surrounded by meadows, forests, hiking trails and a canal, at the northern tip of the Mecklenburg Lake District. Rheinsberg is 11 km away and there are also numerous other beautiful places to discover. Unfortunately, not suitable for children due to the railing.

There is a boat house with its own jetty. Canoe, kayaks and sailing dinghies (sailing skills required) can be rented. Our guesthouse will be offered to you for the first time after several years of renovation work for rent from July 2019. The guesthouse is (50 meters) close to the harbor in our historic old town. We look forward to welcoming you and hope you will spend a holiday with us, which will stay in good memory for a long time. Farm shops with fresh fruit,vegetables and specialties from the region invite you to shop. .

Vacation home "Fährblick"

We (Linda, Flori, child, child and dog) live in the beautiful small town of Pritzerbe. Pritzerbe is located about 75 km from Berlin and is easily reachable by train. In 2013 we had the opportunity to purchase a property right on the water. Next to our now completely renovated detached house, the cottage located directly on the water is also located on the property, which has now also been partially renovated.

It is surrounded by a large garden with old fruit trees in the middle of nature and tranquility. The nearby Dranser See and the wooded surroundings invite you to relax, swim, fish or hike.
