In the spring of 2020, we acquired the property. It has 5 vacation homes. This one, number 7/1, we just completely renovated last year with a lot of love and now it is looking forward to seeing you! The sunny vacation home is slightly elevated as the first house on the property, catches the sun for you and holds it (hopefully all the time ;)) for you. Comfortable apartment, right near the beach (3-minute walk). Come in and feel good! Just everything freshly renovated and newly furnished for two adults and another sofa bed for two small children or a teenager. Kitchen fully equipped with fully automatic coffee machine, freezer and more (see the whole list of amenities under more info). In the living room and bedroom, good sleep is predestined on the box spring beds or relax in the rain shower.

Very, very nice place, clean, has everything you need. This beautiful half-timbered house was expanded with a lot of love for detail. Bathroom and kitchen new, the beds very comfortable and the view is simply magnificent. We could have sat on this great roof terrace for many more hours. The location in the middle of the old town is awesome. The arrival tips were very helpful, arrival and departure super straightforward. Sylvio was always available, even during the stay. We will be happy to come back.

My wife and I, our three grandchildren and our dog had a wonderful vacation in Ulrike's vacation home. The house is very lovingly and comfortably furnished and has a huge living and dining area. The bedrooms are equipped with good mattresses, fly screens and roller blinds. Everything is available in very good quality in terms of technical equipment, as well as dishes, etc. The house is very clean and well-maintained. The Internet connection via Wi-Fi did not cause any problems. The property itself is a dream, tall pine trees and a huge lawn, created for all kinds of activities. It was only a short walk to the swimming area, where a rowing boat was also available. Communication with Ulrike was very pleasant. All the big and small vacation home guests liked the days in Kleinzerlang very much and we will definitely come back.

We had a very nice stay with enough space for everyone. We especially enjoyed the large terrace. There was a ping pong table and a beach volleyball field in the immediate vicinity. The rooms were very nicely decorated and communication was great, quick and helpful.

We had a great time in Jana's house with our two children. The amenities are perfect - we really didn't miss anything. The house is cozy; the sauna was particularly good. The sea is within walking distance. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the cottage settlement to the beach. The handling via the company Lawieka worked smoothly.

We had a wonderful week with our child and dogs. The vacation home is very modern, bright and cozy. The lake view is fantastic and the short distances to the swimming area and the dog beach are very convenient. There was a lot of information in advance and Anke was always available and immediately on site. Thanks for the wonderful time out!

There were two of us with our dog as guests in the Goldmarie. The pretty house is situated in a holiday home settlement outside the village of Zierow. The furnishings of the house are tasteful and cozy. It is equipped with everything you need. In the low season, the settlement was hardly inhabited, so it was also very quiet. The Baltic Sea is a 15-minute walk away. The “dog beach” is a real natural beach. The Baltic Sea is very shallow at this point and only suitable for swimming to a limited extent. By car, however, you can quickly reach Boltenhagen on a wide, long sandy beach. You can also quickly reach a small shopping mall with all the usual markets by car.

I spent 2 nights at the place with my boyfriend. It was perfect for us because it was quietly located, but there were still many opportunities to do something. We explored Lübeck, Timmendorfer Strand and Outpost One (Star Wars) from the property with travel times of 20-30 min. Thus, the location was great for us. The place had everything you needed, was clean and cozy. We felt very comfortable. There are also some games available, which we also used. All round, a successful weekend away.

Airbnb is sometimes like a game of chance. With Regina and Ingo, you hit the bullseye. Both are excellent hosts. Ingo's welcome alone was incredibly warm. The guest house is located directly on the self-occupied green property of Regina and Ingo. It is very tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need on vacation. The view from the sofa directly into the garden is pure relaxation. The bed in the upper area is super comfortable and the linens are beautiful and soft. There are no street lights and no car noise that could disturb you. The area around Dobin has something special. The wavy, partly hilly landscape with its brick houses, the many waters and the friendly people make it easy to find the right thing for you. The cities of Wismar and Schwerin with their beautiful architecture invite you to stroll and linger. We liked it so much that we booked it again right away.
