A key feature of our villa is privacy—each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring maximum comfort for everyone. The beach is fifteen meters from the house, on one side sandy and concrete, and on the other side wild, natural. Most of the grounds are surrounded by pine trees offering guests privacy. Guests can use barbecue, fast 4G wireless internet, air conditioning, satellite TV... There are two shops in the resort, two fast food cafés and a restaurant. The city of Zadar is 30 min. away
