Condo vacation rentals in Preveza

Everything was perfect! Jiota and her mom were absolutely great hosts. We were really happy and fortunate we found this AirBnB last minute! Everything you need can be reached in under 10 Minutes by foot. Amazing restaurants and a beautiful little town with a family oriented city beach. And just a little further out of the city about 15 km are beautiful beaches to choose from. Renting a scooter in the city center only cost 25€ a day and filling the tank only 6€. Definitely a bargain! The apartment provides everything you need and has lots of room. Especially the big balcony is a highlight. It is completely modernized and even has an AC in case you might need one. Jiota reacted very fast to every message we sent her and was very informative, for example restaurants, taxis and other important information needed to know about Preveza. One last thing to say is the people in the city are unbelievably friendly and made you feel at home immediately. Great experience, we will come again!

Christina è un host disponibile e cordiale, scrivendole su Airbnb ha sempre risposto quasi immediatamente ai nostri dubbi. La casa si presenta come in foto e descrizione, facile da raggiungere e si trova in un’ottima posizione (ci sono vicine farmacie, lidl, benzinai e taverne dove mangiare bene). A 5minuti di auto dal centro di lefkada. Ottima esperienza, Christina ci ha dato la possibilità di lasciare le valigie fino a tarda serata dopo il checkout.

If there was an Airbnb award for super hosts Konstantinos and his wife would win it multiple times. Their place is amazing, super clean and feels very much at home. One of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed in ever! They were very helpful throughout our stay and we look forward to coming back.

Lefkie’s apartment was on a quiet street just a couple blocks from the restaurant row and what’s. Super clean and felt brand new. Loved it and would definitely go back.

Me and my friend loved our stay at Thomas’ airbnb, and felt very safe even as two young female travellers. the house had great aircon and it was lovely to have a nice outdoor sitting area. also, for the price that you pay it is in a great location, being a 2 minute walk from the town of nydri and around 5 minutes from the beach. we had some issues with our power going out one day but thomas and his mother were very proactive in fixing it and apologetic ☺️

This apartment is a great place to stay in Preveza. It’s clean, modern and very tastefully decorated. The apartment is spacious and there is a large private outdoor area. The location is very convenient, close to the waterfront and a short walk to the centre of town. Communication was excellent.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Thodoris and Giulia's beautiful apartment, and I cannot recommend it enough! The apartment exceeded all expectations, even looking better than in the photos. It was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and fully equipped with everything one could need for a comfortable stay. What truly set this experience apart, though, were the hosts, Thodoris and Giulia. They were the best hosts I've ever encountered—super friendly, genuinely welcoming, and dedicated to making our stay perfect. They went above and beyond, offering fantastic suggestions for things to do on the island. The fridge was stocked with cold water and even a bottle of homemade lemonade when we arrived! Thank you so much, we had a great time!

Ιδανικο μερος για διακοπες ειδικα οταν καποιος θελει να ξεκουρασει μυαλο και σωμα! Υπαρχει η δυνατοτητα για πολλες και κοντινες εκδρομες. Το δωματιο πολυ καθαρο , με ολα τα απαραιτητα που μπορει να χρειαστει καποιος! Αξιο αναφορας η υπεροχη θεα προς τη θαλασσα! Οσο αφορα τη Γεωργια φουλ εξυπηρετικη με λυσεις σε ολα τα ζητηματα (24/7). Την ευχαριστουμε πολυ για ολα και σιγουρα θα ειναι η πρωτη μας επιλογη!!! Μεγαλη βοηθεια επισης και απο τους γονεις της Γεωργιας! Υπεροχοι ανθρωποι, σας ευχαριστουμε για ολα !

Η διαμονή ήταν υπέροχη. Το κατάλυμα ήταν σε ήσυχη τοποθεσία, με εύκολο πάρκινγκ κάτω ακριβώς στο δρόμο. Πρόκειται για μια οικοδέσποινα πολύ προσιτή, ευγενική, πρόθυμη και διακριτική. Το διαμέρισμα είχε όλες τις παροχές κι ακόμη παραπάνω για μια διαμονή πολύ άνετη. Σημασία στη λεπτομέρεια!!Ενδεικτικά, πεντακάθαρα όλα, μύριζε πολύ όμορφα, υπήρχε καλάθι υποδοχής με γλυκίσματα και λικέρ, τσίπουρο, κουλούρια σπιτικά, βαμμένα αυγά και λαμπάδες. Στο μπάνιο υπήρχαν είδη προσωπικής φροντίδας σε περίσσια. Εντυπωσιακό η ύπαρξη πλήρους φαρμακείου και πυροσβεστήρα. Πλυντήριο ρούχων- απλώστρα. Σίδερο-σιδερώστρα. Σακούλες επιπλέον για τους κάδους απορριμμάτων.Τηλεόραση, άνετο στρώμα και στο επιπλέον κρεβάτι πολύ άνετο το στρώμα. Το μπαλκόνι ευρύχωρο με τραπέζι, καρέκλες. Στην πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα υπήρχε τραπεζαρία, πλυμένα σερβίτσια, καφετιέρα, καφές , ζάχαρη. Ψυγείο μεγάλο πεντακάθαρο. Είναι ένα πολύ άνετο σπίτι διακοπών είτε ολιγοήμερων, είτε πολλών ημερών. Η τιμή αναλογικά, εξαιρετική!!

Η διαμονή μας στο συγκεκριμένο διαμέρισμα στην Πρέβεζα ήταν εξαιρετική! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν καθαρό και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο, με όλες τις ανέσεις που χρειαζόμασταν για μια ευχάριστη εξόρμηση από την πρωτεύουσα. Η τοποθεσία του ήταν ιδανική, κοντά στο κέντρο, σε παραλίες και αξιοθέατα. Η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη ήταν άψογη! Σίγουρα θα επιστρέψουμε και συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα το μέρος σε όποιον αναζητά ηρεμία και άνεση στην Πρέβεζα!

Apartment was clean and pretty. The best part was the big patio where you can sit out in the evening, private and peaceful place. We were traveling a car and there was always easy to find a parking spot. Vasilis was very kind and helpfull and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

Really nice place to stay

George and Kathrin are amazing hosts with great understanding of a persons accommodation. They greeted me with warmth and comfort and for that I will be favouring their place at preveza for my future trips there !

Πολυ ωραίο σπίτι, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Λευκάδας μια ευθεια με το αυτοκίνητο.. ειναι μεγάλος ο χώρος και χωράει άνετα 5 ατομα που ήμασταν έμεις. ο οικοδεσπότης ειναι πολύ φιλικός και απαντούσε γρήγορα στα μηνύματα.. το συνιστω ανεπιφύλακτα....

Great host. Very friendly with humor. Entrance is very straight forward. I hope my criticism isn’t taken wrong way. Sofa was cheap and uncomfortable. The apartments have terrible phone signal (not host’s fault as long as she has complained), but there is free WiFi. Sleeping Pillows … to be honest I and my friend honestly preferred to sleep without pillows! Really hard, felt like sofa pillows in disguise. It’s an obvious really uncomfortable deliberate choice and I’m not sure why someone would do that. Cables to charge your phone and devices are on weird places. E.g no cable near sofa but a cable on washing machine. A bit uncomfortable but not deal breaker. But such minor details make professionals differ from just people looking to make quick bucks by overcharging AirBnBs. With 80$/day hotels offer me nice pillows, good charging places, food, they clean my room every day. AirBnB culture is a greedy culture overcharging people and locals for not nearly same value

Checkin was smooth following the clear instruction. Room was clean and quite. Finding a parking place sometimes could be challenging.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit Gemeinschaftspool. Fußläufig zu kleinem Ort (Agios Nikitas) mit belebter, aber dennoch kleiner Fußgängerpassage mit diversen Lokalen und Shops. Zentrale Lage zum Erkunden von verschiedenen Stränden. Nahegelegende Sunset Bars/Restaurants und Lefkada Stadt/Hafen.

I recently stayed at this accommodation and I was extremely satisfied with both the lodging and the hospitality. The place was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met and making me feel right at home. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant and enjoyable experience.

We highly recommend the place. Very private and quite, large pool and everything was super clean.

Pinelopis place was perfect. The space was clean and super functional. Had all the amenities you would need for a short or long term stay. Kitchen was fully equipped, there is washer, and a pool. Pinelopi was extremely friendly and kept in touch the whole time.

The Apartment was very nice and clean. The owner is very friendly and is taking care of every problem. Nice pool and mointainview.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Villa Sarai! Wir wurden sehr herzlich und mit großer Freundlichkeit von Babis (der Papa vom Gastgeber) willkommen geheißen. Das Apartment und der Pool waren sehr sauber. Die Aussicht vom Balkon war wunderschön. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und entspannend. Mit dem Auto sind sehr viele schöne Strände zu erreichen (5 - 10 min). Natürlich haben wir von Babis auch sehr viele hilfreiche Tipps bekommen. Davon haben wir auch viel gemacht (Strände, River/ Springs of Acheron…). Eleni (die Mama vom Gastgeber) ist auch so lieb. Sobald man was brauchte, war es in wenigen Minuten erledigt. Meine Tochter (3.5 Jahre alt) hat auch ein süßes Geschenk von ihr bekommen. Da hat sie sich sehr gefreut. Klimaanlagen sind auch vorhanden, was super in der Augusthitze war. Jeden Morgen hat meine Tochter auch mit den süßen Katzen dort gespielt. Was auch sehr positiv war und was uns davor nicht so bekannt war: jeden 2. Tag wird sauber gemacht und man bekommt neue Handtücher. ♥️
