Vacation rentals with a patio in Preveza

Wonderful apartment that greeted us with a bottle of wine and sweets ! We got everything and more! The quiet street where the house is, a cozy green courtyard, its own parking. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, beautiful dishes, a large refrigerator. Cozy bedroom with a comfortable bed, comfortable bathroom, large wardrobe for clothes! We felt at every moment that George was worried about his guests! Just next to the house there are 3 tavernas with delicious Greek cuisine and a bakery, where from the very morning you can buy fresh croissants for morning coffee! Every time after traveling around Lefkada, we came back to Mare Ora like home! We did not have time to explore the entire island so we will definitely return to this wonderful apartment ! We only made the booking when our boat arrived from Brindisi. We wanted a quiet place out of the main town. Modern with a pool. THIS IS THE PLACE! The house is a ideal home away for two. It's small enough to be manageable, large enough for comfort. It is well-designed and tastefully furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you'd need plus a very generous arrival basket of treats. The shower is better than most spas. The pool and outdoor space are perfect. The outdoor shower is a plus+! The views are incredible from the property – mountains dipping into the sea. The town is small but it was perfect for our getaway... with great bakeries and grocery stores. We spent our early days on stunning beaches on the other side of Lefkada and our afternoons by the pool. The staff was great with check-in/out. I would definitely stay again and rent all three bungalows with friends! The only downside is that we didn't stay longer! Thank you to all for a memorable stay.

This place is absolutely amazing! Kostas is a terrific host and will make sure you have everything you need. The place is absolutely beautiful and the view + quietness is just breathtaking.

The host was very accomodating and the place was a clean and praceful room with a great bathroom, and a true private parking. We were running late with arrival due to traffic and borders but we communicated and he helped us get settled even if it was late. The host had a lot of good local recommendations with some memorable places which we are happy to have visited. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit Lefkada!

The place was very sweet and we felt immediately comfortable. It was super clean and the location was quiet but still very central. It was easy to get to the beach and the center. Balcony and terrace very nice. We would come back to Keerthi

Clean, tidy place. Although not so big in size, it was quite enough for our family of five. All the amenities of the house are present — washing machine, large refrigerator, oven stove, air conditioning, a large number of dishes. Recommended !!!

Overall this was a great stay. The home was neat and clean. The location was very quiet and it is recommended to go at a slow pace on the smaller roads, all flat, as you approach the home. All of the rooms had A/C which was great. The beds were made everyday and the shower had very good water pressure. This was a pleasant stay.

This place is so wonderful that I have been visiting for the fourth year in a row. The host, Κωνσταντίνος is very kind helpful and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and cool. Everywhere is very clean and cozy. The beds are soft and comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. In the yard you may park your vehicle, which is very convenient. The place has a very good location. There is a lovely beach nearby and a few miles away is the beautiful town of Parga. Highly recommend you this accommodation, you will have a wonderful vacation. As of now, I dream of my next coming next year.

If I could give 10 stars I would! We had the best time ever at Villa Elpis & cannot recommend it highly enough! It was immaculate & very tastefully decorated. The host Elena was absolutely outstanding!! I mean just brilliant. By far the best host we’ve had yet on Airbnb. She was so quick at getting back to me each time I text her she was straight back to me & was so friendly & super helpful recommending places to visit, where supermarkets & bakery’s were. Literally anything we wanted to ask her she would be there to help us out. She even organised a boat hire for the day for us which was absolutely brilliant & probably one of the best days of our holiday!! Thank you so much Elena for being such a fantastic host & if we come back to Lefkada at any point we would love to stay again. ☺️

It's a nice calm environment, a good starting point is the best beaches, if you're looking for a cafe, you'll find a good place to eat 20 meters away, then there are two of you don't have to sit in a car if you want to have dinner. The view is not perfect for the rooftops next door, but the nice terrace makes up for the shortcomings .

Can definitely recommend this place if you have a car. Otherwise it’s far off the beaten path, nothing to do in the area. The apartment feels like new and is very clean with everything you need. There’s even a washing machine and everything you need for it in the shed outside. There are 2 little houses next to one another. The other one is a bit larger. The terrace is very nice right next to the house.

Can’t recommend Theodoros’ place highly enough - a little slice of paradise short drive from the charming town of Vasiliki. George was fantastic, so proactive and attentive whenever we needed anything and made us feel so welcome and looked after our entire stay and went above and beyond. Have to mention the view. It does not get old - the pictures here were pretty spectacular but the view is truly breathtaking!!! We were a little hesitant to book due to the limited info/pictures so glad we did. We can’t wait to come back 💕

We loved that we could walk to the beach and simply cross the road. Restaurants and Markets are all at walking distance. Spiros and his father are extremely friendly and the apartment is extremely clean. The only annoying thing is that, being on the main road, you get the noise from the cars, quads and barking dogs in the night, but I guess that's because we slept with the windows open. One can instead close the windows and use the aircon, for example. We would definitely love to come back

it was splendid! the house has exceeded our expectations, clean, new, great yard and superb view. Giovanni and his wife are super friendly! He took us to Parga and gave us clear indications about restaurants and parkings. I would strongly recommend it! Hope yo see you again!

This was a nice place to stay for our family vacation. Clean, with comfortable beds and easy parking. The only downside is the street noise, we could not keep the windows open at night, so think twice if you are sensitive to noise as it takes some time getting used to it. Otherwise, our host Ellie was very friendly and helpful. The location is close to Nikiana's beaches, easy to walk around or drive to other beaches around Lefkada.

We had a wonderful time in Villa Sarai! We were greeted very warmly and with great kindness by Babis (the host's dad). The apartment and pool were very clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful. The area is very quiet and relaxing. By car, many beautiful beaches can be reached (5 - 10 min). Of course, we also got a lot of helpful tips from Babis. We also did a lot of that (beaches, River/ Springs of Acheron…). Eleni (the host's mom) is also so sweet. As soon as you needed something, it was done in a few minutes. My daughter (3.5 years old) also received a sweet gift from her. She was very happy about that. Air conditioning is also provided, which was great in the August heat. Every morning, my daughter also played with the cute cats there. What was also very positive and what we did not know before: every 2nd day it is cleaned and you get new towels. ♥️

We had an amazing stay in Stavroula’s condo! She was so welcoming and helpful at any time of day or night! The condo is beautiful, comfortable, super clean and centrally located, close to everything you’d want and need in Preveza. Would absolutely stay here again! Highly recommend!

A lovely apartment just as the pictures show. It had everything we needed, it was in great condition and the host was amazing with quick responses and always helpful. A great location as well with everything we needed nearby and parking too. We had an amazing weekend- thank you.

Thank-you for hosting! We enjoyed our stay in Apolpena. It was just outside Lefkada Town so it had privacy and was peaceful while still being close to many restaurants, attractions etc. The hosts were responsive and helpful!

Very nice apartment with shared pool. Walking distance to small place (Agios Nikitas) with lively, but still small pedestrian passage with various restaurants and shops. Central location for exploring different beaches. Nearby sunset bars/restaurants and Lefkada city/harbor.
