The apartment is perfect - equipped with everything you could need as well as being cosy and in a beautiful setting, overlooking the Golf course. It’s located well and only a short drive from major roads, shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Colin is an excellent host - super responsive and really helpful. Highly recommend this Airbnb.

I travelled to Manchester for the marathon and Joel’s place was conveniently located with a 15 minute walk to the nearest tram stop or a short 5 mile taxi to near the start (Uber was perfect based on Joel’s recommendation even early on a Sunday morning and the driver was unaware of the marathon taking place). It was easy to find and access and it is an ideal place for a short stay with all the basic amenities you would need. I felt safe in the neighbourhood and there were convenience stores nearby.

Me and my wife rented the flat to visit nearby relatives and to go downtown Manchester. For this the location was absolutely perfect. Easy access by car without the downtown traffic jam, the bus stop of line 135 leading to downtown Manchester right outside the door, or the tram station just 200 yards away. The flat is very modern, no fuzz and very clean. Even though the main road is close the noise level was negligible (maybe except for some emergency vehicles) All questions we had were immediately answered by A To Bee. If available, we will definitely book again next time we come to the area.

Stayed for a month while WFH and the place catered for all my remote working needs. The place had an amazing wifi connection and work station. Further, the flat had a spacious kitchen and living room with many of the utensils needed to prepare meals. Additionally, if you are into running or fitness, there is a lovely park just a stones throw away and a Puregym roughly 10mins away. Regarding transit, there’s a bus very close to the place that will take you Downtown in approx 15mins. One thing is that the bedding was a bit dirty upon arrival. I recommend bringing some bed sheets, and the shower water pressure isn’t the greatest but gets the job done. Overall very good place for the buck!

loved staying here, we loved the art and the vibe of the flat. the location was excellent. plenty of local food and drink right on your doorstep. caroline’s husband came by and he was very nice. really enjoyed the kitchen, all appliances very clean. would highly recommend!

great little apartment for a short stay in the Greater Manchester area.

Our stay was amazing. Emily’s place had everything we needed and was absolutely spotless. Loved that there was a private car park, Dyson hair dryer, iron, cleaning equipment. There wasn’t anything that was missed. Emily kindly left us some chocolate and ice pills which was a nice touch. Because we was attending an event and weren’t going to be back until later, Emily kindly took our belongings up to the air bnb as we arrived super early

The location was perfect for our stay in Manchester, so close to the city centre and the building itself was very sleek and modern! The pictures honestly don’t do it justice. Ayah was also very responsive and welcoming, will definitely be coming back!

beautiful apartment, was so clean, well designed and decorated as well as easy to access. Was lovely and quiet and slept amazingly well in that beautiful bed. My sons struggled on the sofa bed but what we have failed to find a comfy one yet so was to be expected. Coffee machine and pods were a plus, especially after a night out. The only downside we found was the shower temperature was hard to get just right but was fine for a quick wash. Thank you for a lovely stay, we enjoyed our time here.

This is by far the best air bnb I have ever stayed in. Amy is the best host, great communication before during and after and great tips and advice about the area. The place is an absolute dream to stay… very stylish interior with absolutely everything you need. And the location is close to great cafes, restaurants and pubs. Book this place if you can!

We stayed at Hongkai’s for the Manchester marathon with our toddler. The place was clean, spacious, and had lots of little bits that made life easier with a little one, such as a high chair, toys, books, blackout curtains, even the ducks across the road made for good entertainment. Hongkai’s communication was exceptional and check in was flawless. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Thanks to the landlord‘s assistance, he gave us a good impression when we first came to Manchester to settle down. He answered many of my questions and responded to my questions quickly. The room is tenths large, the room is very warm, and it is very convenient to go to the supermarket, and it is only a 30-minute walk to the city centre.

Exactly as described. The flat was very comfortable and clean and we have a great stay. They hot tub was a highlight but it did get dirty towards the end of our stay, probably because everyone in the building was using it, it it didn’t bother us at all. We would 100% stay there again, great value for money in a great location.
