A magical location with a wonderful view

SamRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We went to Ann's place for few nights. It was a lovely stay. the weather was perfect, so we got some wonderful walks around the area. Ann left us a breakfast kit which came in handy as we forgot our breakfast bits a very nice touch. It was a very comfortable place to stay and we cooked all our meals here so everything we needed was here. Ann gave us lots of places where we could do some nice walks and was very helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely come back again. Thank you for having us.

Wagtail

Cosy and clean space that looks very recently refurbished. In a peaceful spot close to lots of walks and attractions close by. We only went for a short stay but would have been ideal for a longer break too. Not too far from Hay on Wy if you like bookshops/ the festival.
A charming courtyard is framed by period properties featuring white exteriors and green accents. Paved pathways are lined with planters, and wooden benches provide seating against a backdrop of lush greenery. The serene atmosphere is complemented by clear skies and distant trees.

Self catering cottage

A very cosy cottage with a comfortable large bed and good bathroom. The kitchen is small but adequate and the sitting room cosy and quirky. The WiFi is strongest upstairs. The cottage is very centrally placed providing an excellent base for the town and surrounding area. Miranda was very friendly and helpful.

The Garden House

SophieRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Birdsong and deep green woodland, understated elegant and pristine decor, and lovely art everywhere - we loved our stay at the Garden House. The main bedroom is by far the nicest Airbnb bedroom we’ve ever slept in: great bed, lovely linen, huge bow window looking out over woodland and excellent hot shower en suite. Our hosts couldn’t have been more welcoming, there are great walks both from the door and 30 mins drive away on the Long Mynd, and Sunday lunch at the Riverside was spectacular. We would genuinely love to return.

I can't even put in to words how perfect the location is, the view and the place itself! it was absolutely gorgeous down to all the little details. the outdoor cinema was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the alpacas and sheep. it's nestled away, far away from everything else and with a beautiful view. it's just what we needed!
