On the 1st floor of a charming house in a beautiful estate in the middle of meadows and woods. In a park, it has a large terrace, hence its name, a green environment and access to the swimming pool (shared with the owner and tenants of the vacation rental "La Ferme des Hauts"). For nearly 100 years, I have been watching over this quiet and relaxing green space. My only neighbor, the Château de Chaumont, overlooks me.
