Cabin vacation rentals in Presque Isle

This was our first time visiting Edinboro Lake Resort and it definitely will not be our last! We enjoyed every second of our stay. The free kayaks/canoes to use whenever we want, outdoor patio access, and a short walk to Sunset Grill was so awesome. We were so happy to bring our dog and went on frequent walks around the property and met all the other friendly neighbors staying there. The cabin was so cute and equipped with what we needed for our short stay.

It was so cozy. My family visited the area to see family and to enjoy the winter activities. It is down the road from Peek’n Peak, Findley Lake and Pine Junction. The Cabin was so delightful and peaceful. We got to enjoy nature from the porch. It’s a very beautiful and clean camp site. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

We loved every minute of our stay and would love to go back again. Prior to packing, I had asked about certain items at the house & the responses were clear and helpful for me. There was plenty of wood for the fire, along with firestarter sticks for convenience. There was also plenty of filtered water at the house. We always bring our own filtered water for trips, so that is good to know for the next time we stay with bringing one less thing. Our daughter enjoyed seeing the exotic animals as the property borders a little farm which features kangaroo, emu, cows, a zebra and more. We stopped by the farm on Sunday after we checked out and the owner of the farm was more than happy to show us around. If you do have small children, just bring a few baby gates as I wasn't able to get the dog gate at the house to properly work. If you are sensitive to fragrances like me, just bring your own linens or towels (including dish towels ) as there is a strong fragrance on them.

Private cabin made for a peaceful stay for me and, for my dog, an exciting place to run around wooded trails and sniff. I was impressed with how communicative and responsive the hosts were, and that they were helpful in letting us know what to expect and what to pack. The cabin is truly off the grid but with cell reception. No water or electric, though they had a battery powered light, composting toilet, firepit to cook outside with wood provided, and inside stove to stay warm. Bring everything as if you were camping, minus tent/sleeping mat. What a great upgrade from camping to stay in a real bed! You can pack heavy, as the hosts will give you a ride to/from the cabin on a wagon pulled by their tractor. It’s maybe a half mile along a rough terrain road between the cabin and where you will park your car, so far enough back in the woods to feel very private and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again to explore more of the trails.

Host was amazingly gracious and responsive as we arrived after dark to assist us in settling in : ) Great space, inside & out - would love to have stayed longer to enjoy the property.

Fabulous stay in Gray Birch! They really thought of everything! We didn't need many of the amenities during our short stay, but the kitchen was very well-provisioned for eating-in and all the spaces had thoughtful touches. I loved the cozy lantern lights in the bedroom and the lantern and headlamps by the door, and there was even a spot to hang the lantern by the picnic table and fire pit. I wondered if it might be a little loud with other "campers" nearby, but it was very quiet during our stay. My favorite part was sitting on the screened in porch in the morning and evening, enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The ceiling fan on the porch was just perfect on a humid night. Sadly, we didn't have time to make a fire during our short stay, but the picnic table, grill, fire pit and Adirondack chairs looked great. Several of the cabins have the fire pit on the side of the cabin, but I Iiked that Gray Birch's was in the front (if you park at the back).

My friend & I wanted to do something special for the eclipse. We found this cute little campsite online thinking it would just be a place to stay the night before, but it highly exceeded our expectations. We loved the little camp ground, our pristine adorable cabin, and our overall stay! The layout of your entire campsite is well thought out for maximum enjoyment, comfort, and fun! We loved the rec center and got to use the fire pit. They made everything so easy, even providing the wood! Most importantly, while MANY establishments on the path of totality were price gouging, we appreciated the reasonably priced accommodations and the fact that we could rent for just one night. Our stay was short lived since we got up early as we were on a mission to #DriveToTheSun (which we found in Dayton OH!), BUT we will definitely be back to take advantage of the screened in porch on the cabin, live music in the pavilion, & cute little coffee shop! 10/10 experience. Thanks again!

Loved the hot tub, loved the record player, all in all was a very fun weekend and if I ever get the chance to come back I will!

Sharyn’s house is very beautiful. A great place to get away and just relax. The house was set up perfect to bring the kids, as well as friends/family. All ages had something to do in this house. Sharyn was super responsive and always willing to help if we ever needed. Amazing place and we are very glad we went to this house. Thank you again!

Adorable cabin in a tranquil setting. Cabin was decorated very nice. Cleanest cabin we have ever stayed in! Loved the coffee bar with all the extras. Games were great for the kids. It was a lovely place to stay!

Cynthia's home provided amazing views and beautiful sunsets. Our family vacation was memorable because of all the spaces indoors and outdoors that enabled us to appreciate the lake and natural surroundings. Cynthia was responsive to all of the little questions that popped up and we got to take advantage of so many restaurants and fun activities on Lake Erie and Lake Chautauqua. Our family of ten would stay again in a heartbeat!

Amazing…. This word describes the house, location and the host. I reached out to Steph before booking as we were looking for something close to Erie, but not right in Erie. The house is absolutely stunning. The transformation pictures that are in the house, had us all in awe. Step and Travis really did an incredible job on this property. My teen girls said (Country lovers) said we want our house to look like this. The location was also prime. 15 mins to Erie proper and close to harbor creek. Great restaurants, lots of things to do in the area, and we did some relaxing at the house in the evening as a family on the couch and also around a fire. Lots of memories made. We will be back.

Our stay was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The cabin was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the comforts we needed — from a fully equipped kitchen to soft, warm blankets perfect for curling up by the fireplace. The setting was peaceful and serene. We loved waking up to the sound of birds and enjoying our morning coffee on the porch with a view of French Creek. In the evening, the fire pit and hot tub were perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, offering thoughtful touches throughout the cabin. It was clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. We couldn’t have asked for a better retreat — whether you’re looking for a quiet solo escape or a romantic weekend, this cabin is a gem. We’ll definitely be back!

Nice cabin. Can see the lake.. had A little trouble getting in and out with all the snow , in my van.. And could’ve used a light over the dining table to do some paperwork, they have several lights everywhere else which is nice except there, or anywhere else to do paperwork, a desk or etc. I love all the wood. The furniture was nice. Thanks.

We absolutely loved the cottage. It was beautiful. The place was very clean. The view of the lake was amazing. We saw Bald Eagles every day we were there (our favorite part). Monica was very quick to respond when I messaged her with a few questions. Thank you so very much Monica for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Had a great stay at this cozy cabin! The cabin is warm and very inviting. It was exactly what we were looking for in a low key winter getaway. It’s spacious, authentically decorated and had everything you could need. They really went the extra mile to add small touches. Had a wonderful relaxing weekend!

We booked a last minute mini vacation for my husband and I, our 9 year old daughter and 18 month baby boy. At the last minute our 13 year old niece needed a ride to the same area to visit her grandma so she tagged along as well. But once we were to this great little cabin we find out her grandmother broke her hand and wasn’t up for the company so our niece stayed with us for the 4 days we were there. The cabin was great! It had just enough room for the 5 of us. The cabin was baby proof as we definitely needed for our lil man. It was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Lynn and Mac were right down the road if we needed anything and they made suggestions for things to do with the kids. It was so peaceful with the fire place. We were able to have drinks in the evening and relax and during the day were close enough to Erie and the beaches that the kids were never bored. I highly recommend this home away from home and can’t wait to visit again! Loved it!😍

The Dreamweaver cabin is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. Even with an event going on over the weekend our stay was quiet and peaceful! We loved having the farm store just a short walk away, plenty of trails to hike and a beautiful lake to enjoy. Overall it was wonderful and relaxing stay!

Our group had a great time at this large family camp. Plenty of space and a lovely setting made for a really nice stay. The local area is very nice. Great place all around.
