Casa Mariposa

Amazing place to chill and relax. Wonderful terrace to enjoy the view of the sea while having coffee/tea/beer. Javier is very communicative and provided many tips and insights. We will totally come back.
A calm seascape showcases a rocky cliff rising above clear waters. The beach curves gently, with several white structures positioned nearby. In the foreground, yellow flowering plants emerge from rocky terrain, framing the scene and adding a touch of natural beauty to the tranquil coastal environment.

La Isleta's whim

DaniloRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Six wonderful days with family at Natalia's place. The flat has everything you may need for your stay. The beds are comfy, the place is clean, you will find board games, card games, good books and some tourist leaflets. The neighbourhood is really quiet. The location is great do explore the area around. Plenty of amazing hikes, beautiful beaches and other things such as botanical gardens, a former gold mine and great restaurants nearby. The host was very responsive to communications. I am a fan of self check in but it was also lovely to meet the host in person. If I'd need to nitpick, I'd point out that that there were every night plenty of motorhomes parked in front of the living room due to the parking spot being promoted via a famous camper van app. But this was no issue for us and it's nothing that the host can influence. We look forward to coming back. Thank you Natalia.
The living area features a spacious couch adorned with cushions, complemented by a wooden dining table surrounded by chairs. A warm glow is provided by a lamp on a side table, while natural light enters through large windows dressed with light curtains.

Casa Jade

The house is beautiful, very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Pozo de los Frailes is a quiet place, ideal for resting, but well connected to other interesting locations in the area. Alicia was an exceptional host: friendly, attentive and very flexible with the check-in time — she welcomed us in person at 10:30 pm! You can tell that she is very fond of her home and wants to share that appreciation with those who stay in it. We really appreciate the small touches, such as leaving us coffee in capsules, and some salt, sugar and oil, which make the stay even more enjoyable. Definitely a highly recommended experience.
A modern bathroom is depicted, featuring a compact shower area with a handheld showerhead and a sleek white toilet. A small sink is positioned beside the toilet, complemented by a circular mirror that is illuminated. Neutral tiles and a wood-like floor provide an understated aesthetic.

We loved the stay. The place is comfortable, quiet and has everything you need to be comfortable. Very well located to move around Cabo de Gata and visit other beautiful places in the area.

A prime spot

Very good location for the Genoveses and Monsul beaches. Quiet retreat with good views. Clean and comfortable. Just to mention that the complimentary gel and shampoo was scarce, since the bottles were small and perhaps two per person would be more appropriate.

A dark amber bottle of hand soap is placed next to a beige, textured cup on a clean, light-colored countertop. The minimalist design of the label features the words 'HAND SOAP' in a simple font.

Villa Jarapa

JoanRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Villa Jarapa is ideal to disconnect for a few days in Cabo de Gata. The accommodation is very cozy and was very clean when we entered. It is spacious and has a very nice patio for breakfast and dinner. It is very close to San Jose, the Isleta del Moro and the beaches of the Genoese and Monsul. Alexandre was a very good host, clear and precise instructions and very fast communication. Pets are allowed and that's very much appreciated.
A picturesque picnic setup is displayed on a striped blanket by the water. A box of pizza sits open, revealing a slice topped with greens. Two glasses of rosé are positioned beside a woven bag, with large, rocky formations visible in the background.

La Luna Penthouse

JpRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Rodalquilar is the most delicious place in Cabo de Gata, a dream village well licked, with nice restaurants, idyllic natural decor (the gold mine, the ruins of the former village, a hilly plain worthy of the American West), inland but close to an anthological beach (Playazo) and a central base to explore the park from top to bottom. The readers of "Elle" will love it. Otherwise, we'll find a better deal elsewhere. The apartment is like this: large (3 large rooms upstairs and a large terrace for summer evenings), comfortable (a washing machine), quiet, relaxing, without great views but well surrounded, refurbished, tasteful. Everything is apparently planned and the hostess (invisible, mechanical responses) does not seek contact. But it's not a problem, there are no problems. We would have liked more generosity in the dishes, bedside lamps near the bed, a more solid bed but we loved it.

The balcony

MarkRating, 5 stars1 month ago
El Balcon is part of a new development on the hill of Las Negras, far enough to only hear the sea and in our case a construction going on close by. But that even was very mild. The pool is salty instead of chloride which is really nice. Everything is comfy and works as advertised.
