Another terrific stay at Susana’s property. When we return to PV to visit friends the house is always clean and amenities are more than advertised. The kitchen is supplied with appliances, cookware, dishes and everything to accessorize. The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean, modern & peaceful with plenty of soap products and linens supplied. Everything is as advertised and more. Susana knows how to host a bnb. She is kind, responsive & cares that her renters are happy & comfortable. We will always reserve Susanas bnb when we travel to PV.

Glenn’s attention to detail is next level! The home is beautifully restored with so much care—it’s clear he’s poured his heart into it. We were wowed by the stunning views, the thoughtfully curated history, and how clean and comfortable everything was. A truly memorable stay. Highly recommend!

Len was a very responsive host. We had an issue with the sink and it was addressed immediately. This home is cozy and great for a couple or 3 people. The kitchen was fully equipped and it was great to have laundry in the house. We will definitely go back to this property.

We had a great two-night stay at Jeffrey’s place in Prescott! The house was very comfy, clean, and located in a quiet and convenient area. It was really spacious with three comfortable bedrooms, plenty of room for our family to relax. The house had all the amenities we needed, and it was very kid-friendly too, which we really appreciated. Jeffrey was a great host, communicative, helpful, and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. We’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Prescott and would love to stay here again!

Jamie's place was perfect for our needs. We wanted a peaceful place to hang out with our friends and our dogs, away from fireworks. The house was very easy to find and check in was also very easy. The property was advertised and was very clean. plenty of area to park. inside was very spacious. whole place was clean and very welcoming and free of clutter. The master bathroom has an amazing shower with two shower heads. was wonderful. 😍. The beds were very comfortable and there were pleanty of extra blankets if needed. The house rules were easy to find and understand. All the Amenities that are listed are there and easy to access. I have nothing negative to say about our stay. if we go back to Clarksdale, we would definitely check to see if Jamie's place was available.

Stepped out of the norm for my eldest 28th birthday, and we couldn’t be more happy we did, Jeanne’s place did not disappoint it was everything we expected felt at home away from home. Jeanne was very helpful and provide my family and I with lots of recommendations on things to do, places to go. We arrived a bit late way past our check in had some trouble entering, because we couldn’t figure out the lock, and Jeanne made sure to call me an help so we wouldn’t be standing in the cold. Aside from the house being in excellent shape it was nice and cozy and it made it even better to have such a caring & resourceful Host! Jeanne you are an amazing individual, thank you for having us, we will definitely be back 😊

We needed a location that had flexible single bed options. A room with bunk beds was fantastic!! The house was super clean, beautifully landscaped, very quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants and our wedding venue!!

Spotless, brand new everything, I loved the kitchen space, the bedroom, laundry, bathroom layout. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Zero clutter anywhere! It truly felt like a home away from home!

We stayed for 3 nights over a long weekend and enjoyed our time. The home is very cozy and quiet, and a doable walking distance (or a short drive) from downtown Prescott. Small details and all the amenities made the home stand out. I would recommend this stay and hope to stay here again if we are ever back in Prescott!

What a beautiful home with a peaceful yard and great view! I’m definitely coming back and book more than 2 nights, this place felt like home, very comfortable and cozy, specially for my dog, having that yard fenced helped a lot! Dad and I definitely enjoyed our stay, Thank you Joey and Jim!

This spot was absolutely ideal for our family of four—my wife, our 11-year-old son, our 2.5-year-old daughter, and myself. The interior design and layout were stunning. The location couldn't be better, just a short 2 minute walk to numerous restaurants and shops. The views from the windows were fantastic. The property is just as impressive as the pictures suggest. The host, Caden, was friendly and helpful. I would wholeheartedly recommend this place to friends and family!

I absolutely loved staying at the Storybook Schoolhouse 1! The location is perfect - literally minutes away one can explore Clarkdale, Jerome, and Cottonwood! Not to mention, Sedona is only 15 minutes away! Wendy is an exceptional Host! She was so incredibly helpful in offering assistance and guidance during my six week stay at her lovely Schoolhouse! I couldn't have asked for a better Host! Thank You, Wendy!

This was our second time staying here and everything was great again. Great location, very safe, across the street from the courthouse and lots of amazing restaurants nearby. Very roomy, lots of space. Easy to walk to places. We will definitely be back again.

Exactly what we needed for our trip to Prescott! We were there for a soccer tournament and required a nice, easy place to stay. This location was very close to downtown and other hotels, making it super convenient. Easy access, exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, and we would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

It was my first time in the USA so was quite nervous and I’ve never used an air b&b before so wasn’t sure what to expect. It was super easy to find when we arrived and the communication from Melanie and Kylie was super quick! When we went inside I was shocked how much better it looked in person even though the pictures looked great. It had everything we needed for our stay and on the day we arrived unfortunately it was snowing so I was hoping the heating would work quickly which it did and got very warm. I absolutely loved my stay the sofa bed was extremely comfortable and so was the main bed. Everything was clean (I’m a cleaner so can be quite picky) I felt at home here. I was very sad to leave but when I’m back in Prescott again I will for sure be booking Casablanca suite! Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

Another wonderful stay at the Lofts of Old Town. This is our 3rd stay and we are already planning our next stay. The condo is spotless and well appointed. The owners are above and beyone helpful and friendly! The location is perfect for shopping, dining and if you like hiking, that is right out the door! We always look forward to staying in the lofts and running into Patty and Michael(the owners). They are local so, any issues you may have, they will be right there for you. If you are looking for a quality location and property in Cottonwood, this is the place! Thanks again for another wonderful stay at the Lofts Of Old Town!

As described, great views of the Verde Valley from a very nice space. Well equipped and furnished. Parking was always available on this private street. The outdoor spaces were great! Brandon was extremely proactive/responsive.

Our stay there was wonderful! We needed a last minute place to stay and Sunny was able to accommodate. We didn’t have Wi-Fi at first but Sunny was quickly able to rectify the situation!

Great area super close to whiskey row. We had a great time, it was super clean and private. Will definitely stay again.
