This studio was just perfect for what I needed. My wife and friend had stayed in the larger home that is on the same property. Great for a couple or one person. Not fancy but very practical. Comfortable bed. Nice Bathroom. Excellent Shower. The kitchen area again not fancy but very clean and serves the purpose of A STUDIO! The proximity to the Main Street of Presa makes life easy. Across the street are great coffee cafes. Up a ways are really great restaurants like Citric which I had the best Chilaquiles Rojos of any in Mexico. Across from Citric is Amantxi a Fine Dining steakhouse that is magnificent under the watchful eyes of Chef Domingo Marteniz and his wife. Great and talented staff. A BARGAIN at each of these restaurants for the quality they provide… Back to Christel and her listing. Since we had the privilege of staying there 2x in a short period. We had the full experience of excellent above and beyond communication. The home delivered more than promised.Highest recommendation!

Highly recommended for those who have just one or two days in Guanajuato and want to experience the local life instead of the luxury of a hotel. You have to be fit to climb the stairs and you can’t carry too much luggage. I stayed just one night and it was an amazing experience. The place has a terrace with stunning view overlooking the city. The neighborhood is safe, there’s a lot of good local restaurants nearby and it has everything you need within walking distance. I would come back here if I’m in Guanajuato again.

The place is identical to the photos, we loved it, quite colorful, and it really is a place to rest, which was what we were looking for. It doesn't have parking but we found a super safe place around the corner and we loved that there were restaurants nearby. The climb to the accommodation has several steps but nothing that can't be accomplished with an intermediate rest:) I'll be back on my next visit to the city
