Sveta Jelena Studio Apartment

Nearby there are many historical towns to visit such as Brsec & Moscenice and the many beaches. We are also close to Rijeka and Opatija where you can visit exhibitions, concerts and events, but also far enough away to live in harmony with natur If you enjoy walking you will find many trails through the untouched nature and perhaps pick the natural raspberries and see deers along the way. For swimming and sun-bathing, Moscenicka Draga and Brsec are only 10 minutes away by car. There is a courtyard so you can relax and enjoy your holiday undisturbed. The ground floor of our home has two fully-equiped apartments exclusive to our guests. Apartment 1 has a kitchen, doubleroom, dining area and bathroom. Apartment 2 is a studio apartment also with a full kitchen, doublebed and bathroom. Apartment No.1 can accomodate 2 to 4 guests. Apartment No.2 (studio) can accommodate 2 guests. Both apartments can be connected inside to accommodate a total of 6 guests. Pricing is as follows: Apartment No.1: 60 euro/night for up to 2 persons Apartment No.2 (studio): 50 euro/night for up to 2 persons. Please contact us for pricing for more than 2 persons. Feel free to ask us - Rafael & Milena for any tips on visiting the local towns and beaches. The historical towns of Moscenice and Brsec are in the vicinity and the beaches and towns along the coastline such as Moscenicka Draga, Lovran and Opatija are all accessible within 10 to 20 minutes by car. There is a osterija (local restaurant) within walking distance which our guests sometimes go to for a local meal.

Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj uređen je u rustikalnom stilu s velikom terasom i dvorištem koja gleda na Motovun i dolinu te unutarnjim kaminom. Dvije prekrasne spavaće sobe s pogledom i dva kupatila te potpuno namještenu kuhinju sa perilicom posuđa, besplatan wifi , smart tv sa satelitskom antenom dva klima uređaja, vanjski roštilj i fire pit. Udaljeni smo od mora i plaže svega 20minuta. Obližnji prekrasni stari gradovi Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj udaljeni su 5-15minuta te staza 7 slapova 15min.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Pierpaolo is a very welcoming host and his house is truly beautiful—everything has been restored with obvious care and immaculate attention to detail. He was always available nearby to answer any question we had but we also felt that we had total privacy. Škocjan is a lovely village (if you are planning on staying here you are certainly planning to visit the caves) and a great base for further exploration—there is a remarkable feeling of peace and isolation despite the fact that it is a quick drive of under an hour from LJU and just a few minutes from the A1. We benefited from many of Pierpaolo's excellent local recommendations. Highly recommended.

Le logement correspondait à l’annonce et était propre. L’endroit est au calme dans la campagne. Valentina et sa famille étaient très amicaux, réactifs et arrangeants. Ils nous ont servis au restaurant le soir alors qu’il était complet. Le petit déjeuner était bon et très complet.

Dejan was enorm vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam. Hij antwoordde ook altijd zeer snel en gericht. De accomodatie voldeed aan de verwachtingen. Het was aan de kleine kant, maar toch ruim voldoende en heel proper en gezellig ingericht. De oppervlakte stoorde niet.

We didn’t want to leave! What a fantastic break. Ivana was always there to help, and regularly checked if we were ok. The view, the balcony, the hot tub - all amazing. All of the little details have been thought of. We used the bbq twice, which was a real treat and ate outside most nights. We felt at home and completely relaxed. A car is required, and we drove to some of the beautiful beaches near Opatija. Highly recommend and hope to return one day! Thank you

Cozy guest house with amazing view

Inga und ihre Familie waren die besten Gastgeber bei denen wir bisher waren, wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist wunderschön und der Ausblick einfach Wahnsinn. Wir waren 7 Tage mit einem 15 Monate alten Kind da und Inga hat alles nötige bereitgestellt. Inga und Andelko sind sehr offen und auch für einen kurzen oder längeren Schwatz zu haben. Wir können es nur empfehlen und wenn wir nochmal in der Gegend sind, werden wir wieder vorbeischauen :-)
