Following numerous messages, the house will not be rented for 2 or 3 days. This house faces the sea and the beach with magnificent views. Ideal for weekends with friends or family but also for a week's vacation. It has all the comforts and also a beautiful soul. There is a wood-burning stove in the 60 m2 living room located upstairs and served by a staircase. In the 3 bedrooms downstairs, there are 160 beds with duvets and in the dormitory 2 beds of 140 and 1 of 160 with duvets. The dormitory is independent but it has a bathroom with toilet.

This apartment is located in Sainte Marie sur Mer, on the ground floor of our house, with a separate garden. In a warm and comfortable atmosphere, you will find a 30 m2 living room, kitchen and living room, a 15 m2 bedroom and a shower room. Our apartment has been recently renovated! It is located 30 meters from Porteau Beach, 1.2 km from Sainte-Marie-sur-Mer and 3 km from Pornic. Guests can park their car in the beach parking lot, located in front of the house.
