The apartment was completely renovated in 2017 and partially renovated in 2021. It can be reached through a private entrance in the green backyard of the house. In 13 minutes you can walk to the Kiellinie and in 5 minutes to the center of the lively Holtenauer Straße. Parking around the house is usually easy. The apartment (57 m²) is very centrally located. It is fully furnished and can accommodate 2 people + children. We only rent to non-smokers. No pets. Please only mention children in the chat, as we do not want to charge extra for families. UKSH is about 15 minutes' walk.
