Vacation rentals with a patio in Predazzo

We stayed three nights in this apartment and everything was perfect, from the availability of the hosts to check-in to the provision of every comfort in the house. The apartment is delicious (personally it seemed bigger to me than in the photos) and kept with care, the view of the valley makes each awakening even more pleasant. See you next time!

Enrico is a very precise and detail-oriented host, he takes care of the house in the best possible way and makes sure that the stay goes perfectly. The home is very tidy and as advertised. It is easily accessible from the highway, the reserved parking is very convenient and it is easy to reach the center on foot

Pier Luigi's accommodation is in a very quiet area and convenient to all services, upon our arrival we were welcomed by Anna, Pier's partner, who was really kind and friendly. In the apartment we found all the amenities described, nothing was missing, the terrace with mountain views was also beautiful. My boyfriend and I had a really good time, it was like being at home. If there is an opportunity, we will definitely be back! I recommend this beautiful place to everyone!

We were super warmly welcomed by Christoph and Claudia and instructed in everything. The cottage is located just above a small village with a bakery, supermarket, restaurants and Co. Everything is within walking distance in about 15 minutes. The view of Lake Garda is simply fantastic. The place itself is well maintained and well equipped. Unfortunately, we were less lucky with the weather, but we had been well supplied with wood in advance and were able to make ourselves comfortable in front of the stove. The Wi-Fi and Internet access also worked reliably and quickly.

We had a wonderful time staying at this apartment! The location was ideal and well connected by public transport, allowing you to fully use the Trentino card! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos: spacious, clean and well furnished. The kitchen is well-equipped. The hospitality was impeccable. Alessandra and Michele are great hosts, very helpful providing us with all the information we needed to explore the area, as well as welcoming us with a great freshly made strudel, a fruit basket, a bottle and other delicacies! We highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to explore Trentino and look for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay, even for four-legged friends who are fully welcomed and pampered! Great Airbnb just above a beautiful cafe. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The bathroom is very large and super clean. We had a large balcony with seating and umbrella. The view from the balcony is to the countryside and the garden from the cafe. The location is very quiet and you are right in the city on foot. Opposite is a paid parking area. We would immediately choose the accommodation again. Thanks so much dear Katharina for the nice days.

We loved Stefano's apartment - it was perfectly located on a little hill in a beautiful valley with 360 degree views all around. The apartment itself was very cozy and the view from the terrace were gorgeous! We hope to come back again.

Franz was communicative and friendly. The place is modern and kept very clean. The kitchen is quite nice. The beds are comfortable and the porch gives you a nice view with sounds of wildlife. Would definitely stay here again.

We immediately felt comfortable in the apartment. It is simply but very attractively furnished. The two bathrooms are a dream and the beds are heavenly comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped. The apartment is centrally located (yet quiet) and is a great base to explore Merano and surrounding areas. We got tips on places to eat and places to shop. We thoroughly recommend staying here

As soon as we entered, my wife had a huge smile on her face. We loved the place and enjoyed our time there. Ute was very helpful and responded to any question/request within the hour, usually with more information that we didn’t know we needed! The area is lovely, nestled right below mountains in all directions. Can’t recommend this location enough!

Tiziana was the best host. Helpful, kind and makes you feel happy. She explained everything to us. The place is beautiful, quiet, new, comfortable and very, very clean. The view is more than wonderful. Everything you need is available in the place. She also provides everything we ask for. She made us feel like we were in our home and she also allowed us to delay check-out.

Microwave, washing machine and dryer, broom vacuum cleaner, robot vacuum cleaner, tv, wii... and the consumables that go with it ( laundry detergent, pods..., games for wii...) We didn't ask for so much 🤪 Perfect welcome. Sheltered and secure parking on the property. Clear instructions thanks in particular to plastic sheets ( in English and Italian) List of the best restaurants in the area (with quality and price indications). We spent two days in this B&B and couldn't have made a better choice! The apartment is completely renovated, all new and with attention to detail. The walk-in closet is beautiful, the bathroom is impeccable, and the kitchen and living room modern, cozy and super equipped One of the highlights is definitely the huge terrace, perfect for relaxing. The house is equipped with everything you need: pots, coffee maker, tea, mugs, cutlery... everything is super clean! The sheets were fragrant and super soft, and the raised bed was so comfortable that in the morning we didn't want to get up. It's also equipped with Netflix and every possible comfort, making your stay even more enjoyable. The location is in a quiet but convenient area to reach everything easily.
