Unique design apartment in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Apartment with a view in San Candido ('Dolomites')

The apartment is located within the Burgmann-Weilicher Residence, in the heart of the small town of San Candido and a short walk from the ski slopes. The apartment consists of a spacious bedroom (with the possibility of having a double bed or 2 single beds), a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom, and a garden. During your stay, you can take advantage of a parking space in the garage, large garden and laundry area. In addition, for the winter you can use a ski storage room.

10 min from Lago di Braies

The apartment is located 2 km from the village center of Monguelfo, within a recently renovated old farmhouse. In the winter, it is a great location for cross-country and downhill skiing enthusiasts. 5 minutes from the Val di Casies loop and the Nordic Arena in Dobbiaco. 15 minutes from the ski lifts of Plan de Corones and Sesto Tre Cime di Lavaredo. In 10 minutes you will reach Lago di Braies and Dobbiaco, in 15 minutes San Candido and Valdaora, and in 20 minutes Brunico.

The apartment's strengths are the spacious east-facing balcony overlooking Santa Maddalena, to enjoy the morning sun in front of a nice breakfast, and the brand new private sauna in pine wood.

The studio apartment "Alpengruss Air" in Prato alla Drava is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a view of the Alps. The 29 m² property consists of a living/sleeping area with a king-size bed and a sofa bed for 1 person, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Dolomites - Spacious apartment for 4 people

The Bachlaufen Haus, at an altitude of 1310 meters, next to a stream, is a holiday home consisting of six apartments located a short walk from the center of the village and about 800 meters from the Monte Elmo cable car (2433 m), from where multiple ski slopes depart. Apartment 2 is very spacious and comfortable, consisting of a double bedroom, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a balcony and a bathroom.

Die Ruhe und gute Luft sowie gleichzeitig vielfältige Freizeit-, Sport- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten machen Ihren Urlaub auf dem Bauernhof zu jeder Jahreszeit zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Haustiere sind aus Rücksicht auf unsere nächsten Gäste nur nach Absprache erlaubt.
