Impeccable and accurate. The apartment is NEW and is also very nice. The kitchen is equipped with everything ,in the bathroom there were towels and even disposable vials and paper , basically as in a hotel . Floor HEATING that regulates the optimal temperature, spare blankets... Great internet connection, a small office and a nice TV... in short, everything... everything , just a few steps from the apartment there is a grocery store, the pharmacy, the distributor and a bar, more than a review I have to congratulate ! Thank you Gabriele and Marta, our stay was quiet and relaxing... the place was nice and great for what we had to do... I hope to return soon... I highly recommend it to everyone

Great place in the wild Umbria, very picturesque and with a large swimming pool, during our stay almost every day just for us. Because the owners also come to the cottage on vacation, everything was provided with the best equipment. Slept wonderfully on a very good mattress, the dishwasher is such a wonderful luxury and gives extra vacation time, and in the kitchen you will find a lot of small practical extras that you often miss in other houses. Thanks to a handy list of good restaurants nearby, we could still eat without any problems after a late arrival, Céline even booked a table for us quickly. Very good communication with the host, new, extra sun loungers were brought during our stay... We had more than we needed and would love to come back!

We stayed a weekend in Cristina's house and it felt like staying at home , it's equipped for all your needs : kitchen utensils, placemats , cutlery, oven, stove, clean sheets and towels. Cristina also recommended us where to taste the typical foods of the area and we were very satisfied! I highly recommend if you are equipped with a car and want to move around Umbria, it has many places nearby (Perugia and Lake Trasimeno). Vote 10 ☺️

Beautiful accommodation in the Umbrian hills, surrounded by greenery in a tiny village, a quarter of an hour by car you can reach small towns with excellent rests. To get home you can cross a forest where it is easy to make beautiful encounters, islands, fawns, wild boars and the lucky ones can cross the shy Tasso... Great starting point for visiting the surroundings and the magnificent Umbrian or Tuscan villages, even the Val d 'Orcia is not far away, and then return to the tranquility of nature. The kitchen is tiny, it's great for breakfast or a frugal meal, but I recommend the restaurants in the surrounding areas, there are restaurants and inns with an excellent quality /price ratio. Of course, it's suitable for walks in the woods and hills. In short, relaxation and healthy life, if you don't eat too much.... 😂 Highly recommended!
