Monthly Rentals in Prainha, Alvor

We never met João, but the property manager Magdalena was so lovely and helpful. She was truly amazing and a huge part of our positive experience She also works at the restaurant inside the gated community. She is a very valuable contact. The location is as good as it gets. The house is very updated and has a great layout. 2 rooms are in the front and 2 rooms are in the back. Perfect for 2 families with kids. Awesome upstairs deck, plus a patio/side yard. The only thing we were not impressed with were the mattresses. They seemed stiff and bouncy. But that’s a personal opinion, and does not mean every guest will feel the same way. We went on a guided tour to the famous Benagil cave, and I must say, the beach in front of this property is almost the same experience, but without the inevitable crowds and regulations that are now imposed at Benagil. Just get a kayak and you will be amazed without having to drive anywhere. Awesome place. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay if you are interested in seeing Algarve. Close to beach, comfortable apartment.

Really enjoyed our stay. With a 5min walk to the beach and swimming pools, along with all the areas for the kids to play at, it was great.

We spent one week in Estela's beach house and had a wonderful time. We were a family of 5 and it is big enough. I never had a Airbnb with so much equipments, all you need is here (kitchenwares, little sound system, extra towels and beach towels, body boards and beach toys...). The host even left us some delicious treats at our arrival. Estela is very reactive and flexible. The location is great, 3 minutes walk to the (so beautiful) beach. One swimming pool nearby and the very nice Atlantica is not that far (5 to 10 minutes walk). In one word: I really recommend this place!
