Welcome to this charming 45m2 house, set in a peaceful village in the countryside, perfect for a quiet break. Close to the A10 and A83 motorway exits, you can easily reach Niort and its insurance. The Marais Poitevin is only 30 minutes away, and you can also access Poitiers, its Futuroscope, or the beaches of La Rochelle about 1 hr drive away. Great for a business or tourist stay, or a relaxing stop on your journey.

In a green setting we offer a quiet, warm, self-contained loft, a short walk from the city center, close to shops and 20'walk to the SNCF train station. We have kept the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bikes or motorcycles only, firewood...). On 40M² we host independently from 1 to 4 people (a queen bed, a 130 sofa bed).

This pretty tree house, 4 m high under a century-old linden tree, accommodates up to 4 people, 2 adults maximum 2 children thanks to its 140 cm bed and sofa bed.
