Excellent house close to the beach, 10X4 swimming pool, 4 suites, all with air conditioning. TV. Garden shed. 2 kitchens, 3 duplex refrigerators. 700 m2 plot, overlooking the Atlantic Forest, garage for up to 5 cars, internet, Netflix, ideal for those who appreciate comfort and well-being. It is 50 meters from Prainha, an almost exclusive beach and the most beautiful view of the coast of PR; minutes from Caiobá, supermarket, restaurants, ice cream parlor, pharmacies and close to the ferryboat to Guaratuba. Very comfortable.

Front facing the sea, 5 en-suites w/ air-conditioning, up to 20 people

The house, inaugurated in 2016, accommodates up to 20 people, and is literally on the edge of the sea. You wake up and you're on the beach, no bureaucracy. There are five suites (one adapted for wheelchair users), two toilets, two large balconies and a barbecue grill. The sea breeze keeps the temperature always pleasant, but if necessary all suites have air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito net. The pantry and living room are also equipped with ceiling fans, all for greater comfort.

The exterior features a spacious entrance with a large driveway, flanked by neatly trimmed grass. The charming brick facade is highlighted by rounded windows, creating a welcoming first impression. The sound of the ocean can be heard just beyond the gate, hinting at the nearby beachfront.

Fully equipped, the house has 4 bedrooms for a total of 15 people... In addition to the pool heated to 32°, there is a fireplace, barbecue, a net for playing volleyball in the water, a Smart TV with Amazon Prime, and a great space on the balcony. Not to mention it faces the sea!

In front of the Pico de Matinhos beach 🌊🏖🌞 500MB Wi-Fi, 50" SmartTV with Netflix and YouTube, 5 parking spaces, barbecue, modern kitchen, plus the constant sea breeze. And no vehicle traffic! In the city center, close to restaurants, shops and supermarkets, all within walking distance. Pico de Matinhos is a cove of rare beauty, known worldwide for the perfection of its waves and for fishing.

A volleyball net, a deck for fishing or water sports, a pool table, a barbecue grill, an infinity pool, a reading space, games and a TV room. The house will be only for your family (two bedrooms will be locked as they are for the exclusive use of the owners). One room has air conditioning and another floor fan. VISITORS ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED!
