The apt is very comfortable, well equipped and with many amenities, exactly as shown in the photos and description. In addition, the whole space is very well thought out and decorated, which elevates the experience of the stay! The whimsiness and commitment of hosts to provide quality hosting to their guests is clear. Cris is a sweetheart and was very helpful and kind during my stay. I highly recommend! The AP is all renovated, well clean, very nice!! We have air-conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms. It is very well located in Caiobá. Bakery, pharmacy, shops, ice cream shops a few meters from the building… it is a space with food trucks that is a block and opens in the afternoon/night. The AP is on the 11th floor and has a spectacular view of the entire beach. The building staff are all very kind.

Rosi, the host, was thoughtful and polite from the first message sent. Dona Andréia welcomed us and treated us as if we were friends for years, I can't help but praise the apartment, with a sea view, everything just like the photos and with the structure offered in perfect conditions of use. With ctz on the next trip to Caiobá, it will be our first option.

Very well equipped apartment. Rooms with good beds and Air conditioning. It has smart tv for access to the streams. Very close to the beach. The condominium pool is also cool.

I only have thanks for Anete for welcoming us to her house, the house is wonderful, all the rooms are exactly like in the pictures, Anete's mother still received us with a delicious orange cake. The view is spectacular, the beach is very tasty, having breakfast with the sea view makes all the difference. We will definitely come back again. Thank you!

I went to spend the new year with my family (4 people) and the apartment was ideal. Good location, just one block from the beach and close to restaurants. Spacious, with two bedrooms and a large balcony with a barbecue area. In addition, she provided us with fresh linens and towels and the place was organized and odor-free. Reinalda also answered all our questions and provided us with the necessary information for the stay. I definitely recommend it!!

We had a wonderful experience at Ieda's apartment in the Atlantic Islands. The structure of the condominium is impeccable, with an incredible pool, spectacular leisure area and covered parking. The apartment is great, with three comfortable bedrooms, well-equipped kitchen and everything very clean, smelling and air-conditioned. We felt at home and, without a doubt, we'll be back! The hostess was very old with us at all times. This amazing place is well worth a visit.
