The apartment is very well equipped with utensils and kitchen equipment, beautiful dishes, pot games, etc. Exceeds listing description. From the balcony you see the sea and we spend very pleasant moments there. The condominium staff are very attentive and because they have two umbrellas per apt, we are very comfortable. Also, the building has the amenities described in the listing. The location is excellent and you cross the street and are already on the beach. Mauricio detailed the guidelines well and the check inn was very easy. The host was also flexible in fulfilling a request from us, which was a big difference. We will definitely come back and recommend hosting.

Ana Paula is a great host. She responded well to my messages, being very polite and kind. I've rented your property 3 times. The apartment itself is in a great location overlooking local vegetation and the sea. The property has everything you need for a great stay and the condominium is well located. A small store around allows you to purchase the necessities for everyday life. I recommend it

Excellent apartment, complete, accommodated my family and friends very well, we were 7 people, 2 couples, 1 teenager and 2 three children. Location also very good, close to the beach, bicycles for rent and shopping. Building with a complete infrastructure with a barbecue area near the pool, sauna and tennis court. I would stay again on another occasion.

Bom Dia, it is with great pleasure that I leave here my evaluation , Cláudia was very attentive from the beginning, everything I asked he always answered and quickly, the apto is Very Good, we went in 6 people and we were very well accommodated, very close to the beach , for those who go with children the beach of indaiá is great, especially the indaiá canton that practically does not have waves and the water is very clean, it is close to the apt also, for those who are walking about 30 to 40 minutes walking , by car is fast. The apartment is very complete, even has cooler and chairs and sun umbrellas to take to the beach , nearby supermarket, in short we like everything and certainly recommend it to everyone. Only a warning has a gym , but you have to have sneakers to use ( just letting me know because I went with a slipper to the beach and could not use the academy for this detail rs ). To be straightforward, it was our fifth time in Maria Fernanda's apartment, after we stayed on it we don't want to be anywhere else, it's perfect, we adjusted our dates to make sure we stay there, it's worth it. Thank you for sharing your apartment, see you soon.

The condominium is wonderful, very well maintained, safe and with excellent infrastructure, providing moments of leisure and tranquility. The location in Barra do Una is a great advantage, with easy access to the beach and an environment surrounded by nature. Isabela was very attentive and helpful, ensuring our stay was impeccable. We will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone!

The apartment is extremely clean, organized... with everything on the listing and everything we need. Very close to the beach, with beach service and we still received a kindness from Zita that the children loved.. chocolate cake with M&M.. everything was very wonderful and we will certainly return

Stunning stay, the accommodations are exactly like the photos, all very clean, organized and functional. Gabriela is an odd person, accessible at all times and supported us in everything, always explaining everything in the smallest detail. The condominium is quiet, security 24h, has a mini convenience and has polite and helpful staff. The beach is a few steps away from the condominium and has beach service (chair and sunguard). I spent 10 days feeling at home, I needed time and tranquility to work. Closed balcony with glass, it has a very nice landscape at night for green forest, in front of the building. Flat location, easy walk to the beach, functional building and everything very simple and easy to access. Ricardo was always attentive and proactive, and even managed to get an extra parking space for the weekend, as a courtesy. Flexible check-in and check-out, I definitely recommend it. Great apartment. Located on an avenue where there are several shops. And the only point (not negative, just an observation) is that the beach is a little distant, sometimes with coolers, children or the elderly gets a little difficult. But great cost-benefit and fit exactly as in the pictures! We love it!

Sensational apartment, fully equipped, spacious and practical. Next to the beach, where you arrive walking. Spacious condominium and a grand pool, with very good parking. The stay was simply wonderful. What you need to find in commerce is less than 100 m away. (pharmacy, ice cream, markets, emporiums, meat house, veterinary and more). Thank you, Flavia and family.

The spacious apartment, older, just like the photos, has all the necessary things. We can check in and check out flexible and good communication with host. We spent a good weekend, we recommend hosting.

Great location, near restaurants and easy access to the beach. The apartment was nice, 3 bedrooms but one fairly small. The condominium was very nice and quiet, with swimming pool, and tennis court. The beach is just across the street.

The place was spotless and just as I agreed. Viviane responded to me at all times in a very kind way and was flexible in terms of check-in and check-out times. Super recommended, we will return without any question!

The stay was excellent! Vera was always very friendly and helpful, responded quickly and helped us with any questions. The apt looks like the photos: they are 3 main suites and 1 adapted service suite, which can be used for guests as well. The bedding was of great quality, clean and soft. Apt well decorated and tasteful. We went with young children and we had no problems. Wifi works, but it's not very powerful for video-conference if you go to work. For the basics, it serves well. Very close to the beach, with chairs service. Da to walk to the mall and restaurants. We hired an employee for cleaning and cooking and it was excellent as well.

Everything is great, quick and easy check-in, spacious and well-equipped apartment. Close to the beach. The only criticism is that when I received the address, Google Maps sent me to another location and I needed to adjust it with the name of the condominium, the street did not point to the location of the condominium in the app. I really liked it! and I highly recommend it!

We had a great time at Ivan's place, even though weather conditions didn't help! The space is super comfortable, condominium easy to access and very close to the beach! We will definitely come back more often!

The apartment is very large and overlooking the beach. It is 4 minutes walking from the market and 30 minutes walking to the center. If you like to walk the sand, it's a great hike! The place was clean; the condominium has a swimming pool for those who are not very close in salt water; and the attendance, from instructions on how to enter the condominium, check-in and check-out, was excellent.

This is a wonderful house, in a terrific location right at the corner of the beach in a very quiet area. The house is really well decorated and exceptionally clean. The host was very helpful with tips for the area. We will love to come back one day.

The apartment is amazing! It would be easy to live in it. Everything was very clean and the organization was eye-catching! New beds, linens and towels of excellent quality, new appliances in perfect condition and of the highest quality! to mention the view that was to make the eyes shine! I left wanting to stay! It's worth every penny invested in this family moment!

Everything was good. Some repairs needed. But the place is wonderful. We will definitely be back.
