Welcoming place, easy to access and with amazing hosts. It is worth the experience for those who want to access the most diverse restaurants along the Brigitte Bardot waterfront. I hope to return soon and thank Mrs. Sonia and daughter for the hospitality.

The loft is very cozy and comfortable and very well equipped with utensils,well located and security 24hs.

Regarding the host, I couldn't have found someone more helpful. From afar, he was always available by phone to resolve everything that needed to be resolved. He was there to give us the keys and for us to give them back to him at 3 a.m. on Sunday (time we left), cleaned cobwebs, fixed a small thing in the water pump and also referred us to good and inexpensive restaurants nearby. He was very friendly, polite, concerned for our well-being and especially helpful! Regarding the house, it is really what is advertised: a quiet, simple and cozy place. There is the refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning, freezer, bathroom, everything that had been advertised. There is only one thing: the water in the house is from an artesian well and at first this is no problem. However, the water seemed to smell weird, which left us with a back foot at first, but the well is just like that and we got used to it. Overall a 10!

Excellent accommodation, very well located on the main avenue, which allowed you to take the bus meters from the entrance of the inn. It is also very accessible on foot, you have beaches nearby and the center 15/20 min walk. The area is quiet for walking at any time. The facilities of the place were very comfortable, and when we were welcomed they helped us with a lot of directions about the place and local activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Ideal place when there is an event in the center / square Santos Dumont , quiet condominium, near , good street and the very welcoming hosts, I am used to renting Airbnb , it felt like home .......... only suggestion in the window above , put a black-out on the curtain , plus I considered the space a 1000.

Great hosting, according to photos! Great location, quiet, clean place. The only thing he left wanting was the internet that didn't reach the apartment, but easily resolved with the hotel internet that picks up in the leisure areas! More than recommended.

Great Loft! Air conditioning works well both upstairs and downstairs, excellent location, with easy access to the beaches and downtown Búzios. Alejandro was very helpful and always responded quickly, including frequent maintenance in the apartment. It has a total of 4 fans in the room, in addition to the air conditioning, as well as a huge window that helps a lot with ventilation! I will definitely return one day!!

The stay was very peaceful, I thought it was great to have a beach in the condominium! Everything was clean and new in the accommodation, great shower, complete and functional kitchen, which allowed us to make meals according to our taste!! My boyfriend and I were very well settled in and felt at home … only gratitude ❤️🥰

The area is very quiet, 10 minutes from downtown (Rua das Piedras). Ana and her daughter are available if you need anything. It has everything you need to stay, although it has a fan in the room, it is not enough. It should have air conditioning because of the heat.

the place is just like the photos, it has a refrigerator, you can cook very well there and the arrival was very easy, Victoria and Mari were always attentive to give me information about the place since I wanted to know almost everything. So don't hesitate to ask them! there are ants is true but nothing that can't be handled by keeping it tidy and clean! They had the attention to leave us basic things like sugar oil and salt for the kitchen and napkins, a nice experience! we'll be back!

I only have one thing to say: GO! Our stay was great, the space was well used and we had everything available. The apartment was impeccable, in every way, everything very clean and organized. Mrs. Grazielle from the beginning was super receptive and even made our check-in flexible to help us. Dona Elza, a lovely person, was incredibly kind and friendly with all the information about the space and check-in/out. We love it! We'll definitely be back!
