The apartment is excellent. The area is unbeatable, just steps from the pedestrian area. It is a strategic place to go to the beaches, to everything on foot. The apartment is very comfortable, both to sleep, cook, bathe, be outside, everything is a 10. I would come back for more days because the complex is beautiful and the apartment is unbeatable. Caio was super attentive to everything. I highly recommend it.

Everything was excellent! I just think they could have left toilet paper available, because there were 5 of us and there was only 1 roll in the downstairs bathroom and 1 in the upstairs bathroom. In the emergency, we had to provide and we did not know about this condition. No mais, tudo perfect!

Great location, close to all the best beaches. Beautiful house. The upstairs rooms are more comfortable, the downstairs room is accessed by stairs. The electric shower in the downstairs room was broken but was promptly repaired (resistance change). Rute, who attended to us, is a special and talented person. It was a pleasure to meet her and try her recipes, including a delicious moqueca! I think the place is worth it, but don't expect super luxury, but a clean and functional house with an extraordinary view.

Carolina and Martin are great hosts and the place is a paradise. We have stayed at the condominium other times and recommend it.

We had a wonderful time in Buzios at this house. The views are out of this world. Gonzalo was incredibly helpful, super flexible and it was an absolute pleasure to stay there. We will be back.

The house is beautiful, the spaces are very comfortable, Carlos and his wife are very friendly and willing to help with everything you need, as is Marlene. I would definitely go back to the accommodation, it was a very fun week and with many pleasant memories.

The apartament has everything you need dor great confort. Having breakfast on the balcony Is extremly relaxing, there Is a lot of nature around and it makes ir very peacefull. Highly recommended to stay here. Greatest vacation ever!

Excellent house, very well-equipped, it has what a traveler needs, comfort, all the appliances you need on a trip, super well-equipped, top quality and abundant dishes, there are recreational elements for the beach, the house is very beautiful and comfortable in a very beautiful, quiet and safe area... Warm... Thomaz was always available, very friendly. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Wonderful house, with beautiful views! Everything is finely decorated, making the environment welcoming! The only detail that left something to be desired were the showers, where we couldn't adjust the temperature to take a pleasant bath. I highly recommend the house, it was an amazing stay! Thank you.

We were very well received by Rose! Very attentive and did everything to make us feel at home and promptly responded to our requests. Rose is a 10!! The location of the house is excellent. And we were very lucky because the condominium was empty when we arrived. Which meant a lot of peace of mind. With the condominium full, I think we would have less privacy. We had a very pleasant 5 days! Thank you!

Place is outstanding. We go to Buzios 3+ times/yr from San Diego for 25 years. Had been renting another home nearby this one (since the views anywhere on the mountain/hill ridges here and above Praia Joao Fernandez are best in Buzios, IMHO) & want to have another "go to" home so we decided to try Poul's. We'll be back!! Noteworthy about this home (if you're American and worried about safety -- welll, as Americans frequently are) is that it's in a 6-home "closed condominium" . . meaning a 'secure-code gated community'. The word "condominium" does NOT translate in Brazilian portuguese to the the American "condominium" (which means an "apartment(s)" in Amer. english. So don't be confused when seeing that word here. Means 'gated community'. So if safety is an issue for you (and frankly it shouldn't be) then this home being in a "gated community" is great. Also the 6-home pool ajoins Poul's villa so it feels like it's "yours" & plenty big enough for early laps & exercise (biggest + !!)

My family and I spent 8 days there. The view was incredible. We did lots of walks and stayed outside just admiring the surrounding! The hots were amazing and responded almost immediately! We definitely recommend this place!

100% recommended. Cristine was very kind, always ready to help us. The apartment is as shown in the photos. It's located in a condominium with 24-hour security. Everything is very clean. The location is unbeatable... Very close to Praias dos Ossos, Azeda, Azedinha, Johao Fernandes and Johao Fernandinho... you can go to all of them. We'll be back... Thank you very much!!!

I'm delighted! Paula was super helpful, a lovely person, with a unique and welcoming vibe. He answered all my questions quickly and clearly, and made me feel right at home from the very first moment. The cottage is simply amazing, cozy, with wonderful views and equipped with everything we needed. Everything was neatly clean and organized. I booked a wedding surprise on the side, and both Paula and her daughter prepared everything with great care and attention to detail. It was exciting! On Saturday, we had the privilege of having Vitor, Paula's son and chef, for a private dinner. Without a doubt, it was one of the best decisions we made. Dinner was perfect! The best food I've ever had! The environment was carefully prepared, with beautiful decor and a perfect playlist, making the night magical. We will definitely be back more often. Gratitude for everything!

COZY AND WELL-VENTILATED SPACE, GOOD BED, QUIET LOCATION, WITH A BEAUTIFUL VIEW, THE HOUSEKEEPERS ARE VERY ATTENTIVE. ON ARRIVAL WE FOUND THAT ONE OF THE SHOWERS WAS NOT WORKING VERY WELL AND THEY PROMPTLY REPLACED IT. WE HAD A GREAT STAY.

Excellent choice, the house is what I was looking for. I know Buzios very well, and as for the accommodation, the times we had something to request they were always attentive. Thank you very much, I will be back!

Everything was great! Perfect location for those who enjoy Rua das Pedras without taking a car. Cleanliness and organization and friendliness Great. We'll be back!!!

An excellent stay, everything was clean and tidy, the host was very attentive, and the place is close to restaurants and beaches

The stay with Leia was exceptional, whenever there was any doubt she responded quickly, the house was very comfortable, it had 1 bathroom with shower, 2 more bathrooms and another shower on the outside, the amenities were excellent, it had equipment for cooking outside, both kitchen and grill. The outdoor furniture was super comfortable (2 armchairs and two Paraguayan hammocks) and with good views, the neighbors were super friendly and cordial. The house sleeps 6 people inside and outside there is an armchair with a bed underneath. There are several restaurants nearby, the most recommended is Buda, it is about 500 meters from the house, in terms of price quality it is the best.
