We have 6 parking spaces for the entire condominium and use is on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking is not included, but the access street is private, with no exit and with a guardhouse. Temos 6 vagas de autos para todo o condomínio e o uso e por ordem de chegada, mas a rua de acesso é particular sem saída e com guarita.

On the ground floor, there are three rooms, a small internal garden and a kitchen with custom-made furniture. On the second floor, there are two en-suites.
