Best place I've ever stayed at buzios!! Strategic location near beaches, Rua das Pedras and Porto da Bar! The beautiful and new eh house, super equipped and comfortable! The cleaning was impeccable and the owner was always accessible! The condominium has an amazing swimming pool as well as a field and sand court! I couldn't be more satisfied, I RECOMMEND!

We spent a family weekend and enjoyed the accommodation very much. When booking the property, we also had to hire the cook, D. Lúcia, which turned out to be a positive surprise, because in addition to serving very good dishes, it is also very friendly and helpful. Your husband is available to shop, very attentive and also helpful. The leisure area is very spacious, with barbecue, pizza oven and clean swimming pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable, as are the bathrooms. The only criticism I have to make are the furniture of the house, which deserve a renovation and do not match the space, end up devaluing the environment, as they are very old. In addition, it has been very happy days and we only have to thank the attention of hosts Juan and Renata and their dear employees. Congratulations.

Adriano is an excellent host, very easy to access. We had a great stay, all comfortable, there was plenty of space in the house. It exceeded our expectations! From the photos we had already been delighted, but in person it is even better. The location is also great, which allowed us to get to know both Cabo Frio and Arraial. Everything else was perfect and exceeded our expectations.

Our fourth visit to Buzios, and after trying pousadas, central apartments, etc.; we found everything we were looking for in this accommodation. Spacious, ideal for children, either by the pool or the games in the park. Unbeatable location, two blocks from the main avenue and four from the right side of Geriba (spacious beach without much turmoil even in season), supermarkets nearby. The condominium staff is friendly and attentive. The house is equipped for all kinds of stays and we really appreciate the thoughtful touch of having fresh water when we arrived! Highly recommended.

Very nice place and close to downtown Cabo Frio, Arraial do Cabo and Búzios, is worth renting. Our stay was very good and Mariane gave us all support and responded to us very quickly.

Rozaria has great communication, responds quickly and passes all the necessary information. We asked to arrive early and we were taken care of. Perfect houseaa!! Play area, pool.. the bedrooms and bathrooms are excellent. All very clean. The room is giant so we made a wonderful movie feel 🍿 They were great and super days I recommend the accommodation. 🫶🏻

Getting to know Arraial was a big dream that my family and I had, and staying at Nayana's apartment, with all her attention, cordiality, and sympathy, made all the difference, not to mention the structure of the apartment and the condominium, which made us feel at home, having wonderful days.

I loved the accommodations in Alice's apartment! The site is wonderful, with 24-hour security, an amazing pool and a self-service restaurant with a very varied menu. The condominium also has a mini market, ideal for last-minute shopping, and its location makes it easy to order Uber and order delivery through iFood, without any problem with deliveries. My children loved the atmosphere, especially the lagoon. Also, the beach of Monte Alto is simply wonderful! The place is perfect for those looking for tranquility and security. Definitely an excellent experience!

The accommodation was clean and organized, had everything we needed including liquid soap in the bathroom sinks, detergent and sponge for crockery and clothes. The bedding we requested were neatly clean and smelling. The apartment served my family of 4 very well. The condo is on the edge of the lagoon and is very large and beautiful. We will certainly return at a next opportunity.

My family and I love the apartment. It is super spacious, a differential is that all rooms have bathrooms. The upstairs rooms do not have Ar, but it is super airy. The apartment is very nice too.

I and my family have been staying for many years in the entire region of the lakes. The house was perfect with an amazing view! We had a beautiful vacation and could have spend more than the 9 days we were there. The town is only 10 minutes away and has everything. We will definitely come back.

We chose this house for its balcony and we were not disappointed. Wonderful view of the Lagoa de Geriba, its divine sunrise. We were delighted to hear and see the variety of birds. In the afternoons a family of Tití monkeys would pass by, which we were able to feed with bananas. Great! It doesn't have a garage but it doesn't need it, leaving the car at the door is fine. We feel safe at any time of day or night. It's three blocks from Porto da Barra, where it's very nice to walk to for lunch and dinner. To go to the beach you have to go by car or the vans that pass by very close. The house is just like the photos. It's spacious and airy. For those who want tranquility and nature, it's great! Estefania responds, at any time you write to her, surprisingly instantly!!! Any concerns or needs are addressed. We had a great time!
