The penthouse is exactly as shown in the listing photos. The kitchen is really complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric water cooler and a gallon of bottled water. Undoubtedly, to improve the refrigerator and freezer of properties I have already rented. The hostess, Maria, is a very polite and always helpful person. We were greeted with a set table and a lemon pie (I loved this delicacy). the bed linens and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We just got home and we're already planning to stay at the penthouse again.

Second time we stayed with Mosie and Evaldo. It is once again enchanted with the comfort, the view and the tranquility of the region. I was recently hosted in a wonderful seaside loft and it was an amazing experience! Since our arrival, we were greeted with a warm atmosphere and a stunning ocean view. **Accommodations**: The loft is spacious, well decorated and very well equipped. The modern kitchen allowed me to prepare some meals with an excellent barbecue area, and the living area was perfect for relaxing with the family. The large windows offer lots of natural light. **Location**: The location is unmatched! A few steps from the sand, I was able to enjoy morning walks on the beach and enjoy the sound of the waves in the background. In addition, there are great restaurants and markets nearby, making it easy to explore the local cuisine. **Comfort and Cleanliness**: The loft was impeccably clean and very well maintained.

The apartment delivered what it promised, from the items it reported to the beautiful view of Praia das Virtudes. Great experience.

We arrived and were well received, environment according to the photos, clean and extremely smellable. Very quiet host and good people. We will return more often for sure.

First of all, I would like to thank Angélica who attended us in a moment of extreme urgency. At all times he tried to help us, we were very calm when arriving at the apartment, as it is exactly as in the description, the rooms are large and with great ventilation, the large kitchen with items necessary for a stay. All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.

A great space for rest and tour , very close to the supermarket and restaurants, all very organized and clean, I loved my lodging , and the host very polite and always available, I will come back other times ❤️

The best apartment I've ever stayed in on Airbnb. Perfect! Clean, well decorated, ventilated, with everything we need to spend a few days on the coast. Elevator in the building, Wi-Fi, good garage, nice doormen, close to the beach, (half a block), no sludge in the bathrooms, ventilated, clean refrigerator, cutlery in perfect condition... I could describe everything, but the apartment is impeccable. The bedding, towels, everything was very good! Excellent mattress and shower! The owner was very polite, answered quickly about any questions. We loved it!!!!!!

The experience was incredible! The view is truly wonderful and is in line with the photos of the listing. The building itself has an old structure, but we have nothing to complain about the apartment, all very well organized and clean, which was what gave us the most comfort. When we arrived, there was a welcome message, the house was clean and smelling and gave a look at the care they have with their guests. Luciana is a very attentive hostess, who proved proactive and available to resolve the issues that appeared, in addition to having made the check-in and chek-out times more flexible. The house had coffee powder, sugar, salt and various cooking utensils that facilitated our stay (pan, board, coffee maker, misteira etc). The apt is located in a neighborhood close to the city center, making it possible to do a lot on foot, has a supermarket and pharmacy very close by; we find a very cool location. Finally, the stay was great and we will definitely return at other times! :)
