The stay was wonderful! The apartment is the same as the description and photos, very cozy, beautiful, clean, has all the necessary features, as well as the structure of the building, all spaces organized and with kind staff, its location is wonderful, in the center of Bacutia, next to the beach and close to the main events in the region. Rita was an excellent host, she provided all the recommendations, responded quickly, was very kind and helpful. I fully recommend the stay!

And our second time in Liliane's apartment. We like it so much that we come back. I recommend the apartment. Everything very clean and neat. The apartment perfectly serves our family (with our little baby and our puppy). There are bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

I and my family spent the week of carnival 2025 in Rodrigo's apartment and we were very pleased. The apartment is very well taken care, with an outdoor area for a barbecue and for those who have pets, and not counting the location that is excellent. Rodrigo was an excellent host from booking to the last day of hosting. We will definitely return more often!

Quiet place, great to rest and super comfortable! Rural having breakfast in the outdoor area is sensational, has a beautiful sunrise and sunset! The house corresponded to the listing. Well ventilated, two bathrooms, excellent air-conditioning. We traveled as a family, a total of 6 adults, and were well accommodated. Super quiet neighborhood. It is approximately 2 km from Peracanga Beach. We arrived in the rain and they were super accommodating at check-in (we entered before the scheduled time). Sure, we'll come back more often. Nothing to complain about. Just thank Maria Eugenia and her husband for all the received.

Host is very good, responds fast, proactive, helpful and offers several good tips and vouchers. The house matches the ad, very new and functional. In my opinion, I should have a swimming pool instead of the jacuzzi, by the number of people it holds. The location is good, very quiet and apparently safe, despite the short stretch of road of floor (2min), is very close (5min) to the center of Meaípe and the beaches of Bacutia and Peracanga.

The house of Cláudia is even better than shown in the pictures! Cláudia is extremely attentive and kind! The house is very clean and organized, excellent bed and bath linens, fine white and excellent appliances! The laser area is excellent, great for children and for barbecues and partying! The view from the house to the beach is lovely! And the beach is paradise! Thanks Cláudia for welcoming our family so well, we will be back again for sure!

Perfect stay. The house has everything we need, it's great in every way. Everything clean, has all the necessary utensils, spacious and with great location. Luana has been amazing and attentive since our arrival in the city. You can go with your eyes closed, there's no way to regret it.

Super cozy apartment, the balcony is very nice to stay and admire the scenery, very close to the beach, we felt at home.

we enjoyed our stay. Comfortable apt, everything working perfectly. I noticed that there was little covered and soon José was ready to arrange for us. Comfortable beds, great showers. It has a good amount of canisters, dishes and cutlery. the TV is very good and had channels by signature. the apt is very airy and has wonderful views. staff of the building are cordial and the José always responded to us promptly. near the building is the market, restaurant and bakery. Everything very close.

All gatekeepers are polite. You can rent without fear, I will definitely return to Guarapari, and if Ángelica's apartment is available we will return to it. It is near the supermarket (we were walking), the beach is glued (literally) in the building. The apartment is in great condition, very clean, good quality bed and bath linens to welcome guests. Super I recommend the listing. It was with 3 children and it was very quiet to stay with them in the apartment because the living room is wide and airy.
